10 オン ケープ(10 on Cape Self Catering Apartments)

10 on Cape offers really good apar**ents for anyone to stay at during their time in Port Elizabeth. The apar**ents are beautiful inside but there were a couple of things I had an issue with. Firstly, the wifi wasn't working and at first I thought it was because of load shedding because I arrived while the area where 10 on Cape is located was under load shedding. But it turned our that the wifi was just not working. Another thing was that the kettle wasn't working and it seems like the appliances in the apar**ent don't get tested to see if they are still working or not. Lastly, I wish they had DSTV or I could connect my phone to the TV because I could only watch SABC 1, 2, 3 and eTV on the TV.

The apar**ents are beat and are great for staying overnight or even a weekend. Definitely coming back. You have access to the secure remote controlled gate and can come and go as you please. The service is quick and prompt. Very impressed!

Booked this place in a hurry as I needed to visit from Cape Town as my brother had to undergo emergency surgery at St George’s hospital and this is in walking distance. From the minute I arrived I realised I’d make a huge mistake. It feels really unsafe. I tried to explain my situation to management and they refused to give me a refund. Absolutely no empathy. I’m DISGUSTED and they’ve made my personal stressful situation even worse. The place is grubby. The stairwells are dirty. I dare not even collect delivered meals outside the complex after sunset. The road noise and screaming outside is horrendous. I’ll be checking out in morning and they can stuff their refund. I’ve had minimal sleep here and cannot wait to leave.

Modern, Comfortable, Safe, Clean units with very friendly staff. Thank you, Debbie and team, for your awesome service and friendliness. the units have all necessary utensils. Rooms are neat and clean. the staff goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at home.

I booked the accommodation for our staff member. The accommodation was HORRIFIC and disgusting. The accommodation is in a very bad part of town. As a women on her own, our staff member did not feel safe. The shouting, swearing and fighting from the block of flats / building next door, was too terrible. The bedding was stained and marked. With the dinner meeting ending quite late and our staff member not being familiar with Gqeberha (Port elizabeth), she was unable to arrange for somewhere else to sleep. The staff member woke up the next morning and had been bitten by a spider!! She had to go to Medicross and be put onto a drip. Absolutely disgusting accommodation. Falsely advertises with pictures that is worlds apart from the actual real thing.
