このホテルのように超まず第一に、場所は特に良いです地下鉄駅まで2分旧市街の後ろ1分階下にgaokがあります韓国料理は特においしい部屋はとても清潔できれいです。目覚まし時計のルームサービスなども設定できます。一昨日は特に良かったです。旅行のアドバイスなどをご紹介します。朝食は私が近年ヨーロッパで食べた中で最高です。私はたくさんの独立した品種を持っています。弟が搾りたての場所がわかります。

朝食はおいしいです！しかし、部屋は比較的狭いです。そして、それは暗いです。バスルームはかなり広いです。

Pobyt zapowiadał się ciekawie: parking i pokój (choć zapewnionego powitalnego drinku nie było) - ok, a kolacja serwowana - dość dobra z miłą obsługą, nawet już po oficjalnym zamknięciu restauracji. Cóż szczęście prysło, gdy przyszło jeść śniadanie: widok zwiniętych, wyschniętych wędlin odstręczał, podobnie tak jak i jajek w majonezie (a właściwie w zastygłej jego namiastce), a smak tego co wyglądało lepiej, był zwyczajnie nijaki. Miało się wrażenie, że te śniadanie było przygotowane dwa dni wcześniej i też nikt wtedy za bardzo nie chciał jeść. A mogło być tak pięknie…

Polecam wszystkim w 100%. Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane. My mieliśmy pokój Classic Double Room który był naprawdę świetny. Była woda gazowana i niegazowana codziennie. Jedynie brakowało kawki która jest podobno w wyższej klasy pokojach. Śniadania były pyszne. Restauracja również, korzystaliśmy 2 krotnie z restauracji. Kucharz zasługuje na 5* na zdjęciu schabowy który był przepyszny :)

We’ve booked at apartment room. Planned to stay for 4 nights but cut it short and stayed in other hotel due to cleanness. Bed was very smelly after further investigations we had found that the pillows, duvet and matters protector were all sevierely stained ( yellow and brown marks) It was easy seen. They hadn’t been washed or replaced for a while. We spoke to the staff re this and even took the duvet to the front desk! They could not believe it themselves!! The staff offered money of and bigger apartment. We refused as I reckon this will be the same in every room, as one of the staff said the big pillows never get changed! Further more they don’t clean the rooms every day unless YOU ASK. First for me! Is this a cost cutting exercise. Can’t blame Covid now. Conclusion:- check your bedding.

I recently stayed at Novotel Poznan Centrum and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s central location made exploring the city very convenient, with key attractions like the Old Market Square within walking distance. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. My room was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering a range of options to start the day right. I also appreciated the well-maintained fitness center and the efficient housekeeping service.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights/6 days while on a business trip in Poznan, Poland. This is an aesthetically beautiful hotel. The hotel staff doesn’t speak much, perhaps because I am an English speaker, but they do smile back at you. The hotel looks and smells clean. The room is a good size. My room had 2 twin sized beds. I had never encountered twin sized beds in a hotel before; I typically have between full size to king size beds in my hotel room so this was different. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast in the mornings, and there is a restaurant and cafe in the hotel also. If traveling from another country to Poland to stay at this hotel, be sure to confirm if you need to get a separate AC Adapter. This hotel does not offer loaner AC Adapters. I had to find a store that sold the type of adapter that I needed. There are no toiletries other than hand soap, body wash, and shampoo. There are no toothpaste or toothbrush, etc. available. There is no ironing board or iron in the room. There are also no washcloths available. Note that there is a safe and a refrigerator in the room. The refrigerator does not get very cold at all. I actually thought it was not working and called the receptionist to have it looked at. The maintenance person came to check it and informed that the refrigerator is intended to cool drinks only and is not intended to hold for example, leftover food, etc. for more than 24 hours. This was a huge disappointment as I had a take out container of food that I was trying to save for the next day. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was peaceful and although small, the bed was very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the variety of options for breakfast.

Very good value for money in Poznan. The room had a great view on a forest. The aircon worked well in the summer. The bed was comfortable. The shower was also good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The mini fridge had drinks at affordable prices. We will come back for sure if we have to go back to Poznan.

We booked into this place for a family weekend, city break. First impressions were good, but that soon changed. The corridors were narrow and the room was literally falling apart - beds ripped underneath, door frame in bathroom literally pulling off, loose tap, mould on the bathroom blind and condensation on the window frame. The rooms were poorly designed and it just felt claustrophobic. Although the service was quite friendly, it seemed there was quite a bit of disorganisation and chaos. Breakfast was just ok, but there was a half-hearted effort to ensure everything was in ample supply and hot. There just appeared to be a lack of management and clear vision for this hotel and a refurbishment is definitely needed together with some staff training to at least make them feel motivated and proud and not withdrawn and embarrassed. However, the location was surprisingly good as we got to see the lesser visited parts of Poznan in that area which were very interesting. I was expecting more for my money and will not return unless some changes are made.
