Lindner Hotel Prague Castle

This hotel is located in the castle district. It looks really oldy worldy, but very nicely appointed. Bed was really comfortable. It has a lounge area, where one can sit and relax and a restaurant attached. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Clean rooms, great customer service, early a.m. airport shuttle service, AMAZING tomato and roasted red pepper soup at the bar!

Room temperature controlled not workings. Couldn't sleep during the night. No thin blankets for hot rooms

Absolutely the best place in Prague to stay. Tram #22 takes you to old town and also walking distance from Prague Castle. Breakfast is great and menu for dinner is also not bad.

We have just returned from the beautiful city of Prague, we were lucky enough to spend 2 nights at the Lindner Prague Castle. One of our favourite hotels in Europe, the location is fantastic, great for walking through Petrin Park, and down the hill into the city. The room was fabulous with a balcony looking over the rooftops of the monastery and courtyard. Breakfast was excellent, the bar was also very good. We will definitely be back again, thank you to Thomas on Reception for being so friendly and making us feel so welcome.

As a Globalist we’ve stayed at many Hyatt’s. This is the best value because of location, staff, breakfast and price. As a Category 1, few points are needed for a night stay and amenities are more like a Category 4, elsewhere. A very nice stay. Congratulations.

We loved our time in Lindner hotel for various reasons: the personnel was friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious and comfortable, the location of the hotel is superb to explore the old town and enjoy great restaurants around.

The hotel is situated in the grounds of the monastery which had stunning views over Prague. The castle and Petrin tower are both short and relatively flat walks away, with the old town part of Prague a steep 15-20 minute walk downhill (the return we didn't want to make more than once a day!). We stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe king bedroom which was reasonably priced and had a very comfortable bed and good bathroom. We were at the side of the hotel overlooking the monastery outer wall and it was so marvelously peaceful. We ate breakfast twice in the hotel and found it to be very good with an excellent (usual) choice and the scrambled eggs were possibly the best I've ever had, but why are the juice glasses so small? Staff were very helpful and friendly (for the sauna you need to get a locker key from reception and access is via your room key). Close by also on the monestary grounds is the Strahov Monastery Brewery which we can highly recommend for its beer and also its goulash with dumplings.
