City Leaf Apartments by Adrez

I was looking for a reasonably priced room for 2 people/2 nights that is a) close to Lucerna Music Bar and b) has a nearby metro station so we could leave for the airport very early in the morning City Leaf met all those conditions. It's a simple and comfortable room in the heart of Prague. Private location, quiet, and clean. The room had a good Wi-Fi and TV had Netflix. Check-in is done online by filling the form with all the information about quests. You will then get a code that works as a key. Since I didn't get this information from trip.com, I wrote directly to the hotel the night before and they answered very quickly and in good English. The only thing that we missed was air conditioning as the weather was really hot. Luckily it was possible to open the windows. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

There was no receptionist, so its quite anxious if you need something. The check-in was not straightforward, you actually need to contact them to ask for a code. Overall, its okay. Not the best but okay.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt! Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider wurden wir bei der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es nur begrenzt Parkplätze an der Unterkunft gibt. Wir mussten vor Ort separat einen Parkplatz buchen, der leider 40 min zu Fuß entfernt war und 25€ pro Tag gekostet hat.

It was very easy to check-in into the studio apar**ent, and it was super easy to access it. The apar**ent was very close to the centre, we enjoyed our walks from there. Also public transportation is very accessible from the apar**ent. I saw some people complained about the elevator in the reviews, but in our opinion it wasn’t that scary. The studio apar**ent that we’ve rented looked nothing like on the pictures, plus we haven’t seen our apar**ent on any photos on any websites. We’d expected a prettier room, as per the pictures. The lack of decorations made the apar**ent feel a bit cold. We’ve heard weird rumbling noises emanating from the lower floors at night for some reason.

Overall, absolutely loved it. Nice amenities (although not as decorated as the pictures - no plants etc.), comfortable enough bed and bathroom was spotless. TV doesn't work and the access code was never sent to me in an email. I had to go looking for it 1 hour prior to my check-in but did eventually find it. You can hear the lift going up and down loudly and the fridge generator is loud but I had no problems sleeping at all. Overall a lovely stay, I would definitely stay again. Perfect for my solo trip.

You really can't beat the location for the price. But of course you have to sacrifice some quality for the location at the price that we got this place. Windows in the bathroom door, a bathroom which also has a window to I'm not even sure where, but meant that as soon as someone else put their bathroom light on then it came glaring through the window to the abyss and then through our own bathroom door window, also meant when getting up for the bathroom in the night and turning the light on it would wake me or my partner up. Also very easy to hear the lift noise and noise from rooms above and beside. Could maybe do with a slightly bigger table too. We both had to work and couldn't both fit. Appreciate this is probably not most people are looking for in an apar**ent in this location though. Other the things mentioned above everything was great, so depending on the reason for your stay would probably be perfect for most. And I'm going to give 5 stars because I believe in value for money and for £23 a night it was better value than the price I feel.

Location was excellent if thats all one is looking for, but other than that apar**ent was fairish. Aparment was spacious but Walls could do with some fresh paint. We got an email regarding booking but trying to self check turned out it was actually a different room. Had to call to sort that out. After that check in was easy. Place is very noisy with banging doors and windows continuously over the night. Asked the staff to fix the kitchen exhaust on the first evening of our stay but it was never fixed. Staff is good at replying to the queries. Checking in and out is very easy (self check in/out).

Overall very good location and we really liked self check in without any reception. The elevator was a bit scary but u get used of it. The only compaint is that the small decorational pillows on the bed were a bit nasty (i hope that the white stains were from saliva). But for a price and locations we were happy with our 2-nights stay.

Great location, some minor street noise but worth it for the proximity to everything. Apar**ent was clean and check in was super easy as they just email you a code. However not having a reception was frustrating as communications via email was slow. (Never got a response to my request for a kettle). The amenities in the apar**ent were disappointing. We had a king bed but we’re provided two single duvets (romantic hey?!), and pillows were super lumpy. It was advertised as having tea/coffee facilities but there was no kettle - we had to boil water in a saucepan and drink out of the one mug provided and a bowl! No washing up liquid or cloths provided either. The remote for the TV didn’t work so we had to go buy new batteries for it. Also don’t expect to see the homely items in the pictures - no cushions, blankets, plants etc. much more basic, no-frills experience. For two nights it was fine, but wouldn’t stay again.
