ズィビッボスイーツ＆ルームズ - セントロストリコアトラパニのアパートホテル(Zibibbo Suites & Rooms - Aparthotel in Centro Storico a Trapani)

We only spent one night here unfortunately but I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Trapani. The location couldn’t be better, a short 5 min walk to the beautiful beach and literally in the heart of the city centre that allows you to visit everything from there without taking any sort of transport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially as we were travelling with our 8 months old baby it’s always nice to find places were they are flexible with the check-in & out. The room was big and very clean with a nice view and a small balcony, also quiet enough considering you are in the centre of the city. We will definitely be returning if we come back to Trapani.

Nice spacious unit with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful view from the window. A beautiful lady from reception helped us to find nice restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in an excellent position for the main streets with bars and restaurants plentiful. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak excellent English. I found the hotel comfortable, clean and well equipped. Make use of the roof top terrace to relax, have a beer or glass of wine and watch the sunset. An added bonus is that Trapani is only 15 to 20 minutes away from the local airport. I loved the old town and found people very welcoming and made some friends amongst the local bar and restaurant owners. I'm confident you will enjoy your stay.

While we would stay here again, due to location and spaciousness of unit--more like an apar**ent than a hotel room--very nice, with washing machine, there is definite room for improvement. The check in was a nigh**are, arriving by car at night. The hotel was marked only by a small tile next to the door. We drove by it several times and could not find it. We did call and reach a person but no one offered to come outside to flag us down etc. We even stopped to ask at neighboring businesses who had no idea of it. There is a mattress store across the street with 24/7 lighted signage--this can help you locate it! There is NO PARKING if you are arriving in a vehicle. The description/picture of seaside view is not accurate--that is only from a rooftop deck and not all that great. Both of our units overlooked an alleyway and other apar**ents. Our heat/AC was not working and they provided a portable fan unit inside our unit. That was fine but we were only notified on check in. Again, we would stay there due to location for Good Friday Processional but there is much they can do to make it a more accurate description and easier to find.

Nice guest house, in a convenient location, relatively new room, quiet area. We had breakfast included but the whole experience was a bit disappointing. we were given the option to have it in the room or on the terrace, but because of Covid, we had to arrange it the night before (which is fine). We set the first slot available (8:45), as the terrace is not huge and can’t welcome all guests at once. We planned to leave the guesthouse at 9:15 max, as we were continuing our trip and had a ferry to catch. We showed up at 8:45 sharp, the table wasn’t ready (there wasn’t really much), there was another table with other guests, using the only table in the shades; we waited until 9:10 to finally get our tray with cappuccino and croissant, a small bread, some jam and Nutella, 2 slices of melon and two yogurts....needless to say, we had to chug what we could and run away...I would have appreciate some extra sugar for my cappuccino, or another coffee, but the service was so slow that we just had to leave. I understand it’s a relaxed environment, but we had made very clear that we were on a schedule and expected them to be punctual (also because there was literally just one other table and we were left 25 minutes, out of the 30 ones allotted, totally abandoned!)

Pasqua a Trapani e pernottamento in questa struttura. Gentilmente in fase di prenotazione ci sono state proposte camere di diversa tipologia ma con egual prezzo supposto che eravamo in tanti ed avevamo bisogno di 6 camere. Bella la struttura, terrazza panoramica, arredamento moderno e nuovo. Purtroppo gestita in maniera poco professionale. Assurdo il dover prenotare la sera prima il gusto del cornetto e la bevanda per la colazione ( che abbiamo dovuto pagare in contanti) del giorno successivo. E se poi la mattina cambi idea? Suggerisco quindi di uscire a far colazione altrove. Incomprensioni anche per il documento fiscale che spetta a ciascuno se paga un servizio per di più se paga con bancomat. Peccato perché la struttura merita

Llegamos pensando que íbamos a encontrar una habitación y nos llevamos la sorpresa que era un departamento 2 ambientes amplio. Tenía todas las comodidades, incluso lavarropas. La anfitriona muy amable, atenta a todos los requerimientos y consultas. El departamento se encuentra muy bien ubicado, en pocos minutos se puede llegar a pie a cualquier lugar del casco histórico. Sin dudas volveríamos.

Tutto perfetto, B&b pulitissimo e personale davvero gentile, la camera era molto spaziosa e addirittura con due condizionatori, posizione centralissima e vicina a tutti i punti di interesse, unica pecca i tre motori dei condizionatori nella terrazza della camera che non ci hanno permesso di tenere la finestra aperta per il caldo emanato e per il rumore, ad ogni modo un soggiorno piacevolissimo

Ho prenotato una camera prima del mio rientro in zona comoda per prendere il bus di trasferimento all'aeroporto. Camera di giusta dimensione con piccolo mobiletto cucina con tutto l'indispensabile per poter fare una veloce colazione in autonomia. Prenotando direttamente in struttura il costo di una notte all'inizio di giugno è stato di 70 euro camera matrimoniale superior.
