Excellent hospitality. Room service upto the mark. Worth the price paid. Cleanliness top notch. Well trained staff.Awesome stay. Nice buffet spread. Located in the center of city. Quick and fast service. Would like to stay for future trips.

The place is very soulful and food is amazing, quantity is great also service is great. Bikash saharia served us and was very kind. In all the place has a vibe and a go to for some routine breaking change. We will be surely coming here more often.

The food is the best here. We ordered mexican rice bowl which is one of the best dishes you can get here. Also the staff here is extremely friendly and nice especially Bikash Saharwa, Mr Prem and Me Arman. Really great experience at this place. We also ordered the berry smoothie which was also pretty good the menu is top notch the taste is also amazing, everyone must visit this place atleast once. Best place to hangout with your friends if you wish to have a good time.

Chirp was a really really good restaurant with excellent service and the food is just hands-down the best I have ever had! Please try the Mexican Rice Bowl and the Tiramisu! Also the staff, Bikash Saharia, Prem and Arman were super sweet, please say a hello while you hop in!

Feel relaxed and comfortable like home. We enjoyed food and it was peace and calm. Service was nice and we would have liked to stay more but could not possible. Next time will definitely stay here . The view and room were nice. It was worth and not a second we felt bored, Thankyou.

The place has a modern green vibe that i haven't seen in many boutique hotels in the world. The rooms are spotless clean with all facilities and accessories available on request. The hotel leave a trolley of teas, Coffees, cold water & snacks on each floor for you to take at your leisure and it is available 24 hours. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor called Chirp has delicious Vegetarian foods and the breakfast spread in the morning has so many options. They have a celebratory chef who makes signature breakfast dishes. The standards at the hotel breakfast is 5 star allot on offer. The location is right in the heart of Pune in the Fergusson Road and Deccan area. All social amenities, restaurants shops etc are within and the metro as well within walking distance 10 mins. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. I forgot my ear phones on the bed and they contacted me and sent a picture before i even realised i had left them.. The front office staff Mr. Ankush at the reception coordinated with the Uber driver and they sent them to me at the Pune Airport before i boarded my flight to Goa. My family we extremely happy with their stay at the hotel. I honestly cant think of anything that could have been done better. This hotel exceeded my expectations by far.

What a sick experience☹️ My stay at Hotel Centro in Pune and was deeply disappointed by my experience. Despite the hotel’s appealing presentation online, my stay was marred by significant issues. The flush tank in my bathroom was not functioning, and there was no water supply, which was highly inconvenient. Despite multiple reminders to the housekeeping staff, the issues were not addressed in a timely manner. This experience was far below the basic standards expected from a hotel of this purported caliber. I strongly advise potential guests to look beyond the fancy pictures and images presented on the hotel’s website, as they do not reflect the reality of staying here.
