very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

Everything was perfect The manager was very kind and helpful he upgraded our room to the most expensive room to make us feel comfortable Mia and Adonis took care of us 24/7 They surprise us on our universe day We had the best vacation ever Great stuff

My wife and I are club members. We wanted to take a moment to show our appreciation to Jairo, Reynaldo, and the excellent beach team, for their consistent excellent service, and to Crismailyn for making the best Bloddy Mary's in Punta Cana every time without fail.

Misotis was amazing in every sense of the word, making our stay at Eden Roc an incredible experience. Fresh food, clean amenities, and expedient and kind service was the perfect combination to make anyone feel at home and compelled to return. Can't wait for the next time!

What an amazing place. First class service and amenities. It was more than we expected. The beach, the villa and the spa were sensational. The three restaurants had amazing menus and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Check this place out if you head to the DR.

So many amazing things to say about this resort, but the people make it so special. From our Amazing waiter, Wilson to the great bartender, Luis, they are what truly separate this resort from others. Keep it up guys. You all MAKE the difference in a vacation. People have worked hard (as do you) to pay for and take vacations, and you all make it so special!!

WE LOVE WILSON, LUIS AND WILL (Willy antonio rosario). The people here are amazing and make you feel so comfortable in the beautiful Dominican! They love to dance, speak to you in Spanish, and laugh with you. They are truly amazing people who made it an amazing experience!

Great a**osphere, location, and staff. The resort is set up very well and organized. We were in the villas not the rooms. I suggest looking at those. A good cart is provided for the grounds. The breakfast at the Blue was some of the best I’ve had. Try the Dominican Breakfast Experience. If you are on the beach under the umbrellas ask for Hector.

If it's paradise you are after then I can't recommend Eden Roc Cap Cana enough. This is a very special resort and hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were looked after and could not of had a better experience. We were given such a warm welcome into the Eden Roc family. Our Pool suite was divine with such privacy and the best bed I've ever slept in. The private beach was such a relaxing hub and all of the food at Blue Bar and Grill and La Palapa was delicious. We also took the Moke car out at the hotel to explore a bit of the island, which was a highlight. I also can't stress enough how wonderful the spa massages were. We had ours outside so that you could hear the waves and the trea**ent from start to finish was 10/10. We were able to fully relax and enjoy paradise. I hope to go back one day to relive the special experiences all over again.
