Perfect one week vacation. Hotell and service was more than expected. Restaurant service perfect. Food is only thing that coud of been tastier. Pool area nice and cozy. We enjoyed sun by the beach. Sunbeds were nicely situated and service was excellent there too.

Adult Hotel was very comfortable, beautiful view, excellent restaurant with great service. The ION kite club very nearby and you can see the kites flying, this is beautiful and very convenient for kiters like me. Very nice pool and beach. This is a nice, relaxing and quite place.

This is our second holiday in the beautiful Shams Prestige Hotel. Everything about this hotel is first class. If i could give it more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a totally relaxing holiday experience. Thank you to all the staff that made our holiday magical. We will be back next year.

The hotel is situated at the north end of a line of hotels overlooking the Red Sea. The atmosphere is quiet and wonderfully relaxing. There are excellent views over the Red Sea, especially from the pool and pool bar area. The beach is well maintained and the sun loungers are tasteful and well spaced. The gardens are beautiful and immaculate. Our room, although a little dated, was spotlessly clean and had a fantastic outside area to read books and relax as the sun went down. Of particular note is the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the staff. They blended into the background, but were on hand whenever anything was needed – nothing was too much trouble. By the nature of the location of the hotel, the food was all-inclusive and it was absolutely marvellous – fresh, beautifully cooked, and well presented. What a wonderful time we had here! The tranquility, calmness (no children!), and the beautiful location exceeded our expectations. The resort is intimate and beautifully designed, set in a fantastic garden with greenery, flowers, and various birds. Waking up to their singing and the rustling palm trees was special every day. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the sea and the garden. The place exudes elegance, down to the smallest details. A beautiful infinity pool with comfortable lounge beds, a private beach with good sunbeds, and even a heavenly swing bed that you can rent, drink service, atmospheric, soft piano and lounge music. The restaurant offers excellent food, including options for vegetarians. Special requests are accommodated, and there is a different theme every day, making the menu exceptionally varied. The decor is also elegant, from the tablecloths and napkins to the right cutlery. The waitstaff look impeccable and are efficient and friendly. This applies to all the staff in this special place; we felt greatly appreciated as guests. Personal preferences were immediately remembered, you didn't have to ask for anything, and it was already taken care of. We were also regularly surprised with delightful treats. Fantastic place with diving club and wing foiling, kite and windsurfing Ion Club. A lot of activities for the family like quad in the dessert. We were 5 my wife and 3 boys and we have a fabulous time. The best above all is the people how they treat you and the service they provide . Also the food is really good with a lot of different dishes and a menu to ask anytime for a burguer or pizza. I strongly recommend the Sham Prestige Hotel. Thank you team for making our holidays so memorable.
