衞生很差，一股黴味，特別是衞生間，到處都是污漬。酒店一開始還多收了錢，通過攜程幫助才拿回。除了海景可以説是沒有別的優點了。

服務態度不咋滴

The hotel was in a great location and was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed that it was adults only and also loved the restaurant.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. The ocean view from the room alone was worth it. The view was the hardest thing to leave at check out. In addition the beds were so comfy that i got such great sleep. The beach area was clean and well maintained though the waters are rough for swimming. The pina colada I had at the bar was delicious though a little pricey. Ate at Social restaurant for breakfast and it was tasty. A little on the higher end price wise but really good. The only thing that was an adjus**ent was the shower, figuring out how to operate the hot/cold and there isn't a shower door. We also felt like we had to be more cautious when showering so that water wasn't everywhere. Overall, I would stay here again when returning to Puerto Rico.

Good property. Excellent restaurant. Bar was slow. I had an item of designer clothing stolen. Noisy at night.

Our stay here was ok. Our room was extremely cold the entire time of our stay. My partner developed sinus issues. We put a complaint in twice and it didn't get solve until the night before our check out. Our room could have been cleaner. The table had old liquid stains from the guest prior to us. The bathroom wasnt so clean. Other than that we enjoyed the view from our room, pool and the beach.

The staff were much more helpful over the phone before we arrived, than when we were actually there. They weren’t knowledgeable about the tours offered and didn’t give important details about their tours (like the time they started…) and made me feel like I bothered them whenever I asked a question. The restaurant staff weren’t friendly and seemed to look down on hotel guests. The facilities guy was very helpful and went above and beyond to find an hdmi cable so we could watch a movie in the room. It wasn’t worth the price; I’ll likely stay in a cheaper place nearby next time. The room was nice and clean and the location was great (although the beach front was tiny).

Overall very nice. The room was a little bit cold but you adjust. The restaurant(s) are convenient. Had a nice stay here! Will recommend.
