I came here for a business trip and I have to say that it was below my expectations. From the photos taken from the management, everything looks clean and beautiful, however, when I arrived, the rooms were dirty, especially the floor, curtains, bathtubs and shower. The bed was uncomfortable and once I opened the blankets, I found particles of dirt. I was shocked at the condition of the room. Not that all was bad, the room is of good size and the staff were friendly, however, I expected more from this stay. At night, I could constantly hear noise which disrupted my sleep and also, my sink was clogged and the aircon stopped working on day 2 of my stay. I'm not 100% that I could recommend this place, but possibly, my room was the only one with the above conditions. However, it does have the potential to be a really beautiful place. I found other spaces quite nice and I'll include both the food and the bad photos.

Nobody at reception to check us in and we had to walk around the place to eventually find someone to check us in. Room Dirty, uncleaned dustbins from previous guest, curtains filthy and one fell down and the main curtain just about to fall down, torn bed linen, no towels had to request towels which took time to arrive, floors dirty, shower dirty. Place is a disgrace to a 4 star rating. Never again, In future I will check with Tripadvisor before booking.

Je n’avais pas vu les commentaires en anglais sur cet hôtel avant de réserver… malheureusement ! Nous devions rester deux nuits, nous sommes restés 1 nuit. Je me sentais mal à l’aise dans ce grand appartement sombre avec un mobilier très vieillot. Les rideaux sales, la literie tachée, le sol de la douche sale, de la bière renversée dans le frigo… Dès 20h, il n’y avait plus d’eau au robinet. Impossible de se doucher, idem le lendemain matin. Nous avons demandé à partir, on nous a remboursé sans broncher. Le petit déjeuner était passable. La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas. Pas digne d’un 4*. Tout mon soutien aux employées très sympathiques qui semblaient elles-mêmes consternées par la situation.
