部屋は大丈夫です

The breakfast waffles are great, and the location is nice and quiet, close to residential areas. However, the facilities are a bit outdated, and the blankets and mattresses on the beds aren't very comfortable. If the price range is around $150-200 per night, it's reasonable.

The front desk lady was super rude and disrespectful when calling our room very disappointed

Bed was comfortable and nicely made. Hot water was instant. Towels were clean. Breakfast was ok. Good enough to fill up and go. My issue was that I think the carpet doesn’t get shampooed. I walked around barefoot for maybe 15 minutes in the room to settle in, then I saw a lot of dirt come off my feet in the shower. Please kindly shampoo or more thoroughly vacuum your carpets. Thank you.

와이파이는 연결해도 속도가 너무 느려서 없느니만 못하고, 청결도도 다른 호텔들에 비해서 좋다고 생각되지 않았습니다. 심지어 둘째날에는 아침에 나가면서 하우스키핑을 요청했으나 청소도 안해주셨더라구요.

出乎意料，房間很臟，前台冷漠。房間打掃需要事先關照，否則就沒有。最離譜的是我的衣服拉在早餐室，阿姨説交給了前台。前台男生Anthorny説不關他事、也沒有前一天服務員的聯繫方式，還説自己就是經理，一副你那**怎麼樣的架勢。用正常的態度對待客人是服務人員最起碼的素養。

掛了打掃牌子，入住期間沒有打掃衞生，不滿意。 被子是毯子不太喜歡 最滿意是空調可以吹暖風不錯

房間淋浴噴頭無法正常出水。
