ハンプトン イン & スイーツ バイ ヒルトン レジーナ イースト ゲート(Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Regina East Gate)

Good location. Quiet & safe part of town. Staff was polite but not overly helpful. Lobby area is nice but rest of hotel is average. I had a dog so maybe it’s just the floor they put pets on (2nd floor) but the hallway smelled extremely strongly of cat urine and the carpet was extremely wavy. Room was clean except for the carpet which had quite a bit of staining. Pool wasn’t open which was 90% of why I booked this hotel which was annoying. Breakfast was about average for a hotel in this price range. Had I known the pool wasn’t open I would have booked at the Super 8 which is comparable in quality but much cheaper per night.

Hotel was wonderful, beds were fantastic, pillows were also great, hotel staff was fantastic to deal with, rooms were clean and very modern, bathroom was like being at home, breakfast was great, lots of options for everyone. We stayed here after my daughter’s appendectomy before heading home and will be booking same hotel for future trips as it was very comfortable.

This hotel could use with a makeover. The carpet in the hallways is lifting in the middle and could pose a tripping hazard. There was luke warm water at best, for my morning shower, not enough hot water to service the demands of early morning business people.

Great location just off the highway but close to lots of amenities. Interior of property bright and spacious. Excellent and accessible parking to entrance.

Front desk said my room number out loud while I strange man stood behind me (I was with 3 female children). So the hotel didn’t adhere to my privacy. No cribs/playpens like other Hampton Hotels, small selection of tea (but the honey was locked up in the kitchen), breakfast was limited and burnt. I wasn’t the only customer who was searching for breakfast items (stir sticks weren’t near coffee/ tea, cereal spoons on the other side). I called front desk a couple times to ask a question and no one would answer. I went to the front twice and NO ONE WAS THERE!

Very good he wheelchair and sit to stand lift. Bed a little high to transfer into. Need has railing around bottom. Cannot get lift under bed. Set up straddling corner. It worked but not great

I always stay here when on business in Regina. Close to shopping and dining options, great hot breakfast.
