「2nd time on this hotel & resort. Amenities are good and complete for what we need. Aircon wasn't working at first but the staffs fixed it very quick. Got own Netflix. Can connect to wifi for each device. Has heating water. Location is good. There are nearby small stores. And it's one ride away from sm bacoor.」

「Staff are very friendly and approachable. you can request anything you need any time. the sorroundings are clean. Nice hotel. Loved the location and gorgeous facilities. I liked the rooms we stayed in. They were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were polite and obliging. The room is big for 2pax. the resort is good for family outings/bonding Will visit again.」

「A hidden gem in Cavite, and just a short drive from the city! Pros: The place is clean. The Executive room feels a bit small but has most everything you need. Shower had great water pressure, AC and fridge worked well. Pool was a good size and you could do laps or lounge around. Amenities like KTV, gym and pool table were available. Food at the restaurant was great. Cons: TV needs a quality upgrade and way better selection than just GMA channels. Front desk had a different record of my booking and gave me two rooms when I just booked one, and does not memorize their room offerings and amenities. No elevator for upper floors. Could also use some more soundproofing in the corridors.」

「My spouse and I went to the place. The location is beautiful, but I was a bit disappointed with the service from the staff. They were very strict with the check-in time (4pm) I even asked them if they could accommodate us 15 minutes early since we arrived way too early and been waiting around after a long journey from manila.They provided coffee sachets as usual , but they forgot to provide stirrers, so I had to go back to the reception as I can't make a call because there was no phone service in the room. The shower didn’t have hot water, and only half the water was coming out, making it uncomfortable to take a proper shower. Apart from that, everything was okay & still believe that there are still lots of things to improve especially in customer service 😀 will definitely recommend & will come back soon.」
