ラブランダ ブルー ベイ リゾート - オールインクルーシブ(Labranda Blue Bay Resort)

Ce fut un séjour affreux. J’avais téléphoné trois fois avant de réserver en demandant d’être sûr d’avoir le calme. Au contraire c’est comme si vous viviez au centre d’un supermarché autant pour les repas que pour la nuit dans ma suite familiale avec vue sur la mer . Des bruits de couloir épouvantable qui commencent à partir de huit heures et peuvent également se répéter pendant la nuit. Les portes correspondent à des portes en papier. Je pouvais deviner si les personnes qui passaient portaient des semelles de cuir ou de crêpe C’est une expérience abominable que je ne conseille à personne Comme je voulais récupérer, j’ai voulu m’assurer du calme par ses différents coups de fil avant de réserver. En arrivant j’ai constaté à quel point nous avions affaire à un hôtel énormément bruyant, un petit déjeuner qui était un véritable cauchemar. J’ai voulu immédiatement annuler et proposer 30 % de dédommagement. Trip.com a v raiment essayé de joindre le responsable de l’hôtel qui au début faisait mine de vouloir accepter pour refuser tout simplement par la suite. (3 heures) C’est ma pire expérience hôtelière de ma vie. Le personnel est très agréable. À la réception excepté Selen qui a été charmante depuis le départ, j’ai eu affaire à des robots. Pas moyen de parler au directeur de l’hôtel. Décidément je ne faisais pas le poids. A fuir de toutes ses forces

Very nice staff, especially at the reception. It seemed based on smiles and interaction that the employees liked to work in the hotel. Food was ok. There could be more variability in salads over the week. However, the special dinner in the Italian restaurant was a disappoin**ent. Nobody payed any attention to us when we came to the restaurant. Furthermore, the food was mediocre, clearly lower quality than we expected. The pool area was nice. However, something should be done in order to stop people reserving all the sun chairs early in the morning and then arriving much later to the pool area.

Very nice holiday with a kid. Many swimming pools and a water park. 6-year-old enjoyed a lot. Friendly staff and everything went well. Room was a bit oldish and food was not so special, but there was a lot of variety. Entertaining activities. Overall a nice place and we liked our stay.

Rocky beach and a lot of noise from planes overhead. Food was very basic apart from the one time you get to eat at one of the proper restaurants per week. One highlight was the massage and spa trea**ent team who were brilliant.

The front desk staff was very nice. Others were not as much. The hotel is 10 min away from the airport, and very noisy because of the landings.The hotel is much older than the pictures. Very strage rules that you can exchange pool towels only every 48 hours. We also went once to exchange, and they had no available towels, we needed to wait 45 min for it. Food quality was below average. The variety of options was very limited. Kids loved the water slides, which was amazing.

We enjoyed our time there. Evening entertainment can be improved. Bar staff need to be more hygienic.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks here at the Labranda blue bay hotel. The animation staff were brilliant and i recommend it for families since the kids disco and kids club are wonderful. You wont find better value on the island.

The rooms are pretty old and need some makeover. The employees are so kind and helpful! There is a verity of food and you will always find something that you like more.

Hotel it self is very clean and great pools and great entertainment they hotel is great for familys breakfasts are great and pizza and kebabs are excellent throw day as snacks only issue i would have with hotel is dinner and afternoon lunch food is not the best
