Stayed for two nights for Core-Mark trade show. Very hospitable. The attention paid to the Core-Mark trade show was great. Very pleasant experience.

Our hotel room was ok.....the cajsino was the closest thing to a funeral I have ever been too. Do not go to this ******! After midnight there is one employee and nasty ***********! The worst ****** in las vegas is a million times better than this place. I can't put into words how terrible this ****** is

Indoor pool was super nice. The grill had excellent food, the steakhouse was awesome! The workers were friendly and the Free alcohol is great! Beds super comfy and tons of pillows the place is fun

Was rated a 4-star…are you kidding me? Maybe when it was new 25 years ago! Had to move because AC quit. ONE place to eat (The Grill) all others were permanently closed. Closed pool. Wanted a fun getaway, but NO!

Our room was nice and it was clean, smelled a little smoky, but not terrible. The phone in the second room we had was broken, so I tried to call housekeeping for towels, no answer. Called front desk and they took care of it. Seemed short staffed for the front desk, had to wait quite some time to check in and then another time when I needed something, but very good service once I was helped. Tammy at the front desk was amazing! ****** was great. Bartender, didn't get his name, but young man working Thu, 2/29 was very friendly and helpful. Disappointed that there weren't more of the bars open for dining. Had two guests that were not 21 and was hoping to just eat at one of bars for a good bar burger, didn't really want restaurant food which seemed pretty pricey. Ended up driving into town for Sonics. Disappointed that the pool was VERY cold and the hot tub was not functional, but overall a good hotel, would come and stay again if I am ever in the area.

It was a good stay. My only complaints are that my room was 325 & needs some work done to it. The door doesn’t close properly as it should. This is a safety hazard. My other complaint is that the cable service doesn’t have enough channels to watch.

Not many choices to eat while i was there. Most of the time i brought something back from Horseshoe where i was playing but price was much better than there.

The hotel was nice, beds were nice, every worker was nice that we bumped into. The only thing that I don’t like is there’s not servers that will come by when ur in the ****** part when ur playing. Overall the visit was great.

Handicap room requested. Had to walk about 75 yards to our room on the 5th floor. One microwave on 1st floor. No valet. No porter. No carts available. Tables in room greasy and dirty
