Came back to this hotel again after 2 years. Very clean, comfy and just located in front of 1 of the ski track. Hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service. Hotel was equipped with washing machines & dryers which provided alot of convenience for us. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Although there is a distance to the center of the Resort & main ski center, but there were shuttle buses available every half an hour to fetch us to and fro. Highly recommended as the price is reasonable among the rest and value added is the hotel provided free ski experience & hotspring. We will definitely come back again.

Throughout our stay, all of our transportation arrangements were handled by 车队任师傅, who was always punctual, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We would also like to thank 宫程经理 for arranging our transportation so efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in process, and even offering us a complimentary room upgrade without even asking. It was a thoughtful surprise that we truly appreciated. A very special thank you goes to 陈雪姣经理 and the entire front office team for their kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful care towards our family throughout our stay. Every interaction reflected genuine five-star hospitality. Thank you once again, 陈雪姣经理. It is clear that this resort truly understands how to deliver an exceptional experience that exceeds guests' expectations, and your leadership is reflected throughout the team. From our very first breakfast to every dining experience afterwards, the service was consistently excellent. 夏经理 showed exceptional kindness and care, especially towards our little one, making every meal a pleasant and memorable experience. One of the biggest reasons we decided to extend our stay was 亲子教练甜甜姐姐. This was truly an extra bonus that set this resort apart from the other five-star resorts in the area. Her passion, patience, creativity, and dedication to the children's activities created unforgettable memories for our family, and our little one enjoyed every single moment.
