ホテルの立地が最高でした！3泊しましたが、1泊目は中央大街を散策し、もう1泊は聖ソフィア大聖堂を見に行きました。有名な朝市からもとても近かったのですが、ホテルの朝食が美味しすぎて、朝市に行く時間がなかったのが少し残念です。 朝食は品数が特別多いわけではありませんが、質がとても良かったです。メイン料理にビュッフェ形式で、かなり高級感がありました。海老天ぷら、パンで焼いた舌平目のフィレ、サーモンのフレンチトースト、マッシュルームスープ、どれも美味しくて大満足です。 ホテルのサービスも素晴らしかったです。男性スタッフも女性スタッフも皆感じが良く、フロントの「シャオシュアン」さんという女性スタッフは何でも対応してくれました。入り口の男性スタッフは率先して荷物を運んでくれ、背が高くて痩せている男性スタッフもとても良い対応でした。 夜にはフロントで無料の牛乳が提供され、心遣いが感じられました。 部屋は清潔で整頓されており、ベッドリネンも良く、スマートトイレでした。唯一の問題は、テレビを見るのにパスワードが必要で、ルームサービスを呼ぶしかなかった点です。 チェックアウト時のプレゼントは、オレンジ色の小さなバッグに入ったキャンディーで、とても可愛かったです。 全体的に、Ctripのクーポンを利用したので非常にお得でした！満足のいく滞在でした。次回ハルビンに来る際もまた泊まりたいと思います。心からお勧めします！

ホテルの部屋はロシア貴族の雰囲気があり、100年前のエレベーターも素晴らしい体験でした。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で誠実です。Stupidでずる賢いTrip.comのプロジェクトマネージャーが、概念をすり替えたり、巧妙な手口でごまかしたりして、私たちが予約した4人分のツインルームと朝食4食分を故意に欠落させていました。ホテル側は、足りなかった4人分の朝食を無料で提供してくれました。Trip.comのプロジェクトマネージャーには低評価をつけたいと思います。

The guesthouse was comfortable and clean. We ordered dinner from the guesthouse, and the dishes were quite good. Breakfast was also nice, with simple, home-style options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. They also provides a washing machine and dryer, which were very useful for us. The owners were also very friendly and welcoming.

このホテルはとても家族連れに優しいホテルで、子供用スリッパとバスアメニティが用意されており、子供たち全員にささやかなプレゼントも提供しています。部屋は清潔で、サービスは温かく思慮深いです。パークチケットのプレゼントで子供たちも大喜びでした！子供は夜中に胃の不快感を感じ、嘔吐しました。サービススタッフは追加料金なしでベッドのシーツと掛け布団を根気よく新しいものに交換してくれました。

部屋は清潔で、設備も充実していて快適でした。フロントスタッフの対応も素晴らしく、従業員の方々もとても親切でした。立地も良く、交通の便も最高です。ホテルのすぐ外にはバス停が2つあり、数百メートル歩けば地下鉄の駅もあります。近くには朝市や夜市もあり、滞在する価値があります。大変満足のいく旅行でした。

Booked this room for the convenience and affordability and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking to be well taken care off this is the place for you. The staff was very attentive and accommodative to our requests, they went the extra mile to ensure that we’re comfortable. I contacted the hotel staff via WeChat a few days before arrival to the place. They provide free transportation to all/most attractions in Yabuli and even free pick-up service from yabulixi train station. To save yourself the hassle, you can book the Ski attraction directly from them, 160 Yuan/pax. They will fetch you to and fro the attraction, settle the tickets and take the time to explain to you the processes. Trust me you wouldn’t want to end up lost in that place. We went for the horse sledge ride as well, 60 yuan/pax. Overall it was an amazing experience, very family friendly and I’d recommend it to everyone who is seeking for convenience, comfort and service.

At first, i only booked for one night. I requested a ski package that included ski lessons from the hotel operator. He also provided a pick up service for hotel guests from the train station. Upon arriving at the hotel, i was given early check in and went straight skiing. He also suggested that i visit snow town the following day. In the end, i extended my stay one more day. He personally drove me there and took very good care of me throughout the snow town trip, even though i was the only one joining the package. Excellent service was provided by the hotel operator. In the future, if i want to go skiing in yabuli again, i will definitely choose this hotel.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
