民宿很棒！服務好，預訂後管家偉興帥哥會提前聯繫，提示入住注意事項，耐心接受各種諮詢。入住後短程出遊直接接送。滑雪、冰上項目會根據實際情況給中肯建議。民宿距離亞布力西站不遠，20來分鐘吧。別墅房間衞生乾淨，格局完善、設施齊全，還挺有格調。最難得是預訂的圍餐出品驚艷！民宿大廚水準很高了。對了，自帶一片挺大的山坡，住客隨便玩雪，體驗感很好啊！一起的兩家朋友對他們都很滿意！推薦！

The guesthouse was comfortable and clean. We ordered dinner from the guesthouse, and the dishes were quite good. Breakfast was also nice, with simple, home-style options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. They also provides a washing machine and dryer, which were very useful for us. The owners were also very friendly and welcoming.

ホテルは清潔で広々としていて明るく、設備も充実していました。Xiao Yuさんのサービスは申し分なく、親切で効率的、ほとんど何でも対応してくれました。誤ってダブルベッドを予約してしまったのですが、無料でツインベッドに変更してくださり、本当に助かりました。何よりも、宿泊料金が手頃で駐車場も無料だったのが良かったです。大満足の滞在でした！

とても親切な家族が経営する、心地よく明るいホステルです。私たちの部屋はとても快適で、田園風景がよく見えます。周辺はとても静かなので、5日間ぐっすり眠ることができました。若いオーナーはとても親切で、アドバイスをくれたり、スキー場まで車で送ってくれたりしました（8:00と16:00に無料シャトルバスが出ていますが、それ以外は5人で30ユーロのプライベート送迎なのでとても安いです）。彼女は料理上手でもあり、夕食のたびに新しい料理を私たちに紹介してくれました！主な食材は、豆乳、豆腐、*、野菜など、彼らの農場で生産された地元産です。水は自家湧き水なので、蛇口から直接飲むこともできます。温泉までわずか1.7km、サンマウンテンスキー場（クラブメッドのスキー場）まで2.5kmという好立地で、とても気に入りました。スキーウェア、ヘルメット、サングラス、手袋、スキー場入場券も格安でレンタルできます。最後に、今まで見た中で一番滑らかな猫「板凳人」について触れておかなければなりません！

This hotel's location is excellent. It's close to the city center, Central Street, and the Ice and Snow World, with easy taxi access. A famous dumpling restaurant is right next door. The Deluxe King Room was very spacious and comfortable for guests.

At first, i only booked for one night. I requested a ski package that included ski lessons from the hotel operator. He also provided a pick up service for hotel guests from the train station. Upon arriving at the hotel, i was given early check in and went straight skiing. He also suggested that i visit snow town the following day. In the end, i extended my stay one more day. He personally drove me there and took very good care of me throughout the snow town trip, even though i was the only one joining the package. Excellent service was provided by the hotel operator. In the future, if i want to go skiing in yabuli again, i will definitely choose this hotel.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Yabuli Yabuluoni Business Hall is located in the heart of the Yabuli Ski Resort surrounded by dense coniferous forests. The moment you push open the hotel’s heavy wooden door, you’re struck by a dramatic contrast: outside, temperatures can plunge to minus 20 degrees Celsius, while inside, the space is warmly heated and filled with the soft, comforting tones of wood. This sharp contrast creates a deep sense of “safety” that many travelers find especially reassuring in extreme winter destinations. The location is highly convenient. Numerous restaurants and entertainment facilities are nearby, making it easy to dine out or explore without long travel times. I was particularly drawn to the hotel’s Russian-style architecture—its pointed roofs, wooden structures, and strong geometric lines. These elements are not just decorative; they are practical designs shaped by the realities of heavy snowfall in high-latitude regions. Heating at the hotel is excellent. Even in the depths of winter, it’s comfortable enough to wear short sleeves indoors while watching snowflakes drift past the window. The rooms are relatively spacious. While some of the furnishings show signs of age, they are well maintained and add a certain sense of character rather than detracting from the experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always willing to help and provide information when needed. Their warmth and attentiveness contribute greatly to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, Yabuli Yabuluoni Business Hotel offers a cozy, reliable retreat amid the harsh winter climate, blending practicality, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality—an excellent choice for travelers visiting the Yabuli ski area.

The hotel was very nice and the people working there very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Perfect location in the central street! They took the trash everyday and left us a bottle of water for each of us. The only negative comment I got is the smell of the shower.

Very satisfied with everything. We love the room so much. We so happy dealing with the receiptionist, the cleaning staff and the guard. They are so friendly eventhough we use different language to commucate. Great location with complete inroom facilities.
