Awesome place to stay in Rome , not only the place is near to Rome station but also the kindness of the host Ivan have unforgettable. Very polite and sweet to his guest . The room is super clean and lovely . I would definitely stay again my next trip to Rome and I will also recommend all my friends to stay there 😍.

The best place to stay when you visit Rome, feels like home. Good bed, clean bathroom, kitchen and living room. The owner Evan is very nice, kind, friendly and very hospitable. The room is big, clean with lots of amenities like a five star hotel. Coffee, tea, water, snacks, sleeper, toothpaste, towel and many more. We really had a wonderful stay. If I’ll come back to Rome I’ll choose this place again. It’s well recommended. Location is good too near to the metro, bus station, supermarket and restaurant.

很舒適，貼地氣，老闆很nice，在羅馬中心，離火車站和羅馬大學都很近。乾淨，復古，樓下餐館很不錯，還贈送對面咖啡館的早餐劵。

Nos quedamos 2 noches con mi pareja, el dueño es muy amable y siempre estuvo a disposición. Llegamos muy tarde por un vuelo retrasado, y estuvo a disposición de dejarnos entrar. El cuarto es muy limpio y lindo, hay desayuno delicioso y la ubicacion es muy buena porque esta cerca de termini, que te deja en el aeropuerto. Ademas, el dueño tiene un perro muy cariñoso que le gusta las caricias y es muy bonito. Recomendaria este lugar a cualquiera que venga a Roma!

It was an amazing place, really cute and simple with all the amenities needed. The place was spotless and very clean and the room was really comfortable. The best thing was the owner, that helped us when we got to Rome in the middle of the night and his really cute dog. Would reccomend!

La camera è molto confortevole e pulita, e Ivan è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza della vestaglia da camera messa a disposizione degli ospiti per raggiungere il bagno (esterno alla camera, ma è stato pensato per rendere la stanza più spaziosa). Inoltre, il terrazzo della Caesar room è un gioiellino.

We had a great time at this perfect location to visit Rome, close to Roma Termini station, with easy access to all public transport, located on a quiet, clean and safe street with shops and restaurants in close proximity. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, especially the one we stayed in (with a stunning private terrace). The mattress, pillows and duvet are very comfortable. All rooms are equipped with everything you need: towels, bathrobes, slippers, sweets, coffee and tea. The apartment has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with lounge: hot and cold drinks, breakfast snacks and fridge for each room. A very clean and well organized private bathroom. The hosts, Ivan and Carmen, through their availability, treatment and care towards us, made our experience, at this B&B, to be an unforgettable one. A pleasant atmosphere, kind and friendly staff, superlative cleanliness and a positive vibe. We didn't miss anything! Thank you! We fully recommend this accommodation!

Very close to the center. Very clean. The staff was very kind and helpfull. The place had an amazing view and it is very close to the train station. It was a perfect journey with my friends and my girfriend.
