A wonderful guest house in the centre of Rome, great restaurants and bars nearby! The owner sent us clear and concise information to enable us to enter the property as we arrived later in the evening and we were served pastries and coffee/juice in our room every morning which was very welcome!! Great communication, clean and comfortable room and friendly owners!! Thoroughly recommend!!

Great location, in the heart of the city, walking distance from the Colosseum, di Trevi, Spanish Steps, Basilica of St. Maria Maggiore and Termini Station. Large 4 pers. room, delicious sweet breakfasts served to the room - brioche still warm, extremely friendly and very helpful owners. Clean, bathroom cleaned every day, garbage taken out, beds made and dishes washed - even though we didn't ask for it or count on it. Room equipped with heater, hair dryer, fridge, kettle and tea, bottle opener. The guesthouse is located in a well-maintained, atmospheric tenement house with an elevator and a code to enter. The perfect place to stay in Rome.

Great hosts in a fabulous location a short walk to the Colosseum, the pastries at breakfast were amazing! The shower could do with being renovated, but I would stay again when I go back to Roma!

Hotel situato in punto strategico,puoi muoverti a piedi tranquillamente per raggiungere Colosseo, panteon,stazione centrale ecc. Camera pulita e accogliente . Per non parlare della proprietaria ,gentilissima e simpaticissima. Ci ha servito una fantastica colazione in camera. Tutto impeccabile.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay here. We had to leave a little early each morning but they still provided a nice breakfast served by a very courteous lady. It can be a little difficult to find but it’s worth it. Short walk to most of Rome’s popular attractions.

Funky but wonderful. Great location taxi stand very close. Plenty of restaurants nearby. It grows everyday on you. Will stay again. Breakfast is great. Could get to everywhere easily and quickly. Very helpful staff/family. We love Rome.

What an absolute gem! Beautiful accommodation accessed via a beautiful little courtyard. It is on the 6th floor but there is a tiny lift (for 2 only) to take you up and down if needed. We stayed in the Francesco room; 2 double beds, table&chairs, fridge, good sized wardrobe and drawers, TV, kettle, balcony and decent sized bathroom. Very clean as cleaned daily and towels replaced every day too! Just outside the room is a kitchenette you can use if needed. Eduardo greeted us on arrival with Jacinta. Eduardo’s English was good thank goodness! Lovely people who made us feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay as did Nadia. Breakfast was prepared for us every morning by Jacinta which was just lovely and appreciated. The glazed croissants were amazing! Accommodation is very central to all main attractions; we walked to them all and with a 9 yr old, 10/15 min easy walk to the train station ( we caught the Leonardo express to and from the airport. So easy to do) and surrounded by many restaurants, gelatoria’s etc. can recommend cafe de barreto, Gino’s restaurant up a beautiful little side entry near the trevi fountain, and tavernella . But lots of lovely restaurants all around. Can’t recommend this accommodation enough. Thank you Eduardo, Jacinta and Nadia for a great stay and looking after us!

There is so much to say so I'll try keep it as short as I possibly can.. Grazie mille per tutto! The hosts were amazing! We have never felt so welcomed and at home! The hosts are just wonderful! They were extremely helpful and nothing was to much! I can not recommend here enough! Due to restrictions worries last year we postponed and had a few issues and the host could not be anymore helpful answering all my questions very quickly! Our room was the perfect size! Our son loved having a double bed to himself to! The bathroom was also a lovely size and I also loved the light on the mirror! Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, fresh towels daily, lovely little touches like cotton pads, we had a fridge with a small freezer which was perfect! The fridge freezer to add was very clean! We had a lovely balcony area which was also very clean! I can not fault any of the cleaning/bedding/towels or room in general! I have never slept so well aboard! The WiFi was also brilliant! Normally you get lag but no issues here! Breakfast was lovely and our son loved them so much! Sadly we were to tired for breakfast on our last day but everything was prepared for us which they really did not have to! It was so kind that they thought about breakfast for us when we had such an early flight! Though the guest house is on the 6ft floor, there is a lift you can take if needed which was handy! The court yard area was very tidy, quiet and just such a nice little area before you go out into Rome. The location is very central, it did not take us long to reach all the sight seeing places and the Metro was just a few minutes away if needed, there are plenty of shops and restaurants near if you do not feel like going 'out out'. We found here extremely family friendly! Just perfect for us! We very much are hoping to come back! It just made the holiday so much more staying here! Thankyou so much again for everything!
