シャワーがかなり狭いですが、他は良かったです。 フロントの対応もとても親切かつ丁寧で、とても助かりました。 また、テラスのような喫煙所もあり、座りながらタバコを吸えるのも良かったです。

ロケーションは素晴らしく、ホテルの周囲は比較的清潔で安全です。部屋は悪くありませんが、朝食の環境と食事は悪くありません。価格は、1 泊 700 以上かかる場合は、それだけの価値はありません。

過ごしやすく、オシャレなホテル。朝食も美味しく、種類も豊富。 レストランの女性スタッフはフレンドリーで、毎朝、素晴らしいカプチーノを振る舞ってくれます。 立地条件も良く、バス停もメトロの駅も徒歩圏内です。 スーパーマーケットが近いのも便利で良いです。

We had a wonderful time in Rome this August. Hotel was just the best - wonderful room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy throughout with spacious rooms. Front desk staff were particularly good - helped with all our requests without any issue. Location was good for walking to all the sites with everything we needed nearby.

Greer location of the hotel. Close to Metro station as well as Vatican or to some attractions in Rome. Clean neighborhood with many restaurants, cafes and shops. Very comfortable beds and clean room. Also shower is bigger and your are not feeling claustrophobic. Big advantage: you can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast at the top of the building ? Great. Espresso with Vatican view? Priceless. For sure we will stay there while next visit in Rome!

Lovely comfortable and clean hotel in a superb location. The hotel is nearby major sites, approximately 20/30 minute walk from most places and very near Vatican city which can be seen from the breakfast room. Breakfast was plentiful and of a high standard in a very open and bright room with beautiful views. Rooms are very clean and despite not being a large hotel chain is very professionally decorated and maintained. Rooms are slightly smaller than other places but is a fair trade off for comfort and decor of the room. Air conditioning worked fine in the room and the lobby and corridor were always cool and smelling nice. Staff all very kind and helpful.

The room did not match the description or what I had booked. I hoped for a room in the quiet part of the hotel, but we got a room on the first floor facing a busy street. The air conditioning was really poor, and the bed was hard. Communication after the booking did not work, and thus I did not receive timely information, such as the fact that a quiet room was not available. When I provided feedback about these issues, I was accused of lying, among other things. The hotel manager yelled in my face! We left the hotel after the first night but had to pay for two. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel!

This hotel is great for a short break in Rome. The location is very central - good shopping and restaurants in easy walking distance. Metro station a short walk away which links to all the famous sites. The room was larger than expected, especially given some of the reviews we read prior to booking. A modern decor throughout the hotel, very clean and staff were helpful and pleasant. The only slight negative was the breakfast - lacking variety and perhaps could have more fresh fruits etc. However it was fine for a quick bite before hitting the road! Overall I would recommend this hotel - a good standard for a city based stay. Definitely would return!

I booked one night here and so happy I did because I got stuck with a room on the 5th floor underneath the restaurant. In the evening I could hear the screeching and scuff marks being made by the moving & dragging of furniture. Definitely not what I expected and needed after a 9 hour flight! The on duty person at the front desk assured me that it would be quiet by 11:30pm. What if I had plans to be asleep by 10?? Aren’t hotels supposed to meet the needs of their guests? I supposed Twenty One Hotel is different. I am extremely sensitive to noise so this was a big deal to me. I’m moving to my luxury hotel tomorrow, thank goodness, where I know they’ll be a little bit more sensitive to my needs & use some common sense because no one wants to be distracted by unwanted noises at anytime during a hotel stay. Especially as they’re preparing for bed. The hotel is nice, rooms are adequate and very clean but I had bad luck in the draw.
