かなり良いホテルです。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。ただ、トイレが壊れました。夜にスタッフが修理に来ます。部屋の照明は黄色く、装飾も古めかしいです。しかし、部屋は広くて、チェックインの際は正面に行く必要があり、最初の交差点を右折してチェックインしてください。

The hotel is close to the Termini train station and only 20 min walk from Rome’s famous historic monuments such as the Colesseum and the Roman Forum. The room and bathroom were very clean. There was also complimentary breakfast and coffee, although it was not included the price. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. We loved our stay there. Thank you Andrea.

What I liked: Very good location, quite central (20 minutes by walk from the Colosseum) and close to subway and tram/bus stops. Super nice staff and always available to help (you can contact them via WhatsApp any time and they are always online). The breakfast offered and the coffee machine available any time for free were very welcome despite having chosen the option without breakfast included (so why does the paid option exist when it is then said by the staff that breakfast is offered to everyone for free always?). What I didn’t like: Unfortunately as an overall experience I have to say disappointing. We paid an overall of 1000 euros and at the beginning we were given a miserable room that is absolutely unsuitable for hosting guests. Very old structure, bad smells, broken things like doors and rust (see photos). In addition, the Wi-Fi did not work and we had a water leak which forced me to ask to change the room (thing I had to do for the first time in my entire existence!). The second room we got was better, which at least reflected the value of a 3 star, but it was a pity the cleaning service (one day we came back to the room late afternoon to rest a bit and the room still hadn't been done, and I had to ask to come and do it). Embarrassing the toilet under the sink (see photo), which made normal sitting impossible (again, first time in my life I've seen something like this). This hotel is visibly not 100% ready to host guests in all of its rooms so please don't let the unsuitable ones be used (especially by charging them a lot!).

Very nice location, friedly personnel, big, cozy and tidy room. I definitely recommend this hotel for a stay as all attractions are accessible on foot. There is a supermarket around the corner. Railway station is also very close to the hotel.

Un ottima soluzione per una notte/due senza allontanarsi troppo da termini. Ben collegato a 5 minuti dalla fermata Manzoni della Metro A. La struttura è poco esigente, essendo una vecchia costruzione romana le mura non sono troppo spesse e può capitare di sentire rumori dai "vicini". Ho trovato molto scomodo il materasso e praticamente assente la TV (il monitor in dotazione era così piccolo da impedirne la visione) Il personale è molto gentile e la possibilità di effettuare il check-in anche nella mattina è stato molto comodo. La nostra camera non era pronta ed hanno provveduto subito ad assegnarcene un altra già disponibile.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix Les 2 messieurs de l'accueil sont agréables mais ça ressemble plus à de la location hôtelière qu'à un hôtel. Il n'y a pas vraiment de réception, il fait envoyer un msg avant d arriver au bureau en bois qui sert de desk pour être sur que la personne soit présente. Le petit déjeuner au -1 avec des croissants italien cafés jus et c'est tout, quelle déception. Mauvaise literie Sdb vétuste (les portes de la douche étaient montées à l'envers)

Nome del titolare: Andrea. Una persona molto simpatica e sempre disposto ad aiutarti o rimediare se ci fosse un problema in camera sul prezzo. Le camere molto pulite, ottima grandezza delle camere per essere un hotel così poco considerato. Vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini e allo stesso tempo vicina alla fermata della metropolitana. La colazione ottima. Consiglio a tutti di andarci non v'è ne pentirete.
