Avid Hotel Austin NW - Lakeline

Our two-night stay at avid hotel Lakeline in Austin left much to be desired. The experience was marred by several disappoin**ents, starting with the consistently broken juice machine during breakfast, which greatly diminished the morning meal experience. Additionally, the outage of cable on the first morning and the broken ice machine were inconveniences that further dampened our stay. Furthermore, the malfunctioning water dispenser, dispensing still water instead of sparkling, failed to meet our expectations. The incident where one of the employees raided the breakfast bar before departure, leaving only two hot meals for guests, was particularly disheartening and reflected poorly on the hotel's service standards. On a positive note, the comfort of the bed and the quietness of the room provided some solace amidst these shortcomings. However, the overall experience was marred by the numerous issues encountered throughout our stay, highlighting the need for improved maintenance and service at avid hotel Lakeline.
