I honestly cannot say enough good things about this beautiful hotel. Everything was just perfect from the cosy beds, the little touches, the spa, to the bistro. But above all else the staff are amongst the best I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Nothing is too much trouble & we were taken care of 24/7. Special thanks to Muriel, Demetra & mauro they are an absolute credit to the hotel. Meeting the hotel owner George was also very lovely. We can’t wait to return.

We visited for a famlly anniversary dinner. Cosy and modern restaurant with superb service. Prices very reasonable compared to excellent menu choises. We had tarar, ravioli, 2xfish couses, hirsch and a top Valais Pinot Noir by recommendation. Try the small Swiss chocolates for dessert

The best hotel in Alps! This is coming from my 30 year experience visiting the Alps. Everything about this hotel is special - people, service, food, convenience of locker, rooms, spa, Views and so on. I have nothing I hope they did better. Enjoyed every minute our 6 day stay there.

A 5 star boutique hotel that delivered a five star experience. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room facilities were excellent comparable to the best. The service provided cannot be matched. Leo, Hector and Mathieu were outstanding. One of the best hotels we have stayed in which includes Mt Cervin and Zermatohof in Zermatt, Stegenberger Belvedere in Davos, Chedi in Andermatt and Mandarin Oriental in Zurich. The genuine attention to details by the staff was unmatched in our travels and delivered the five star experience. Thank you staff of Capra Hotel.

From start to finish this was a spectacular stay. Greeted from the car service the reservations team arranged by a friendly young man who gave me an overview of town and took to to Capra. Reception was amazing from Kevin and then drinks offered from Hanne that were incredibly crafted. They collectively helped me plans hikes in the area and set dinner reservations for me at Capra. The room was perfect! The spa was fabulous! The food was delicious and the wines I enjoyed too. A perfect stay! I will come back for longer with my wife. Thank you!!!

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted with a delightful espresso coffee. When I requested honey to accompany it, the attentive staff remembered this preference throughout my stay, consistently bringing me espresso with honey without needing to ask. The push-button showers are a standout feature, offering a luxurious and modern touch that enhances the overall experience. The spa and massage was amazing, and the hotels saunas and hydrotherapy pools, provided a perfect retreat after a day hiking. The Capra Hotel combines the warmth of a chalet with the luxury of a five-star hotel, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a personalized and memorable 5 Star alpine getaway. We will be back.
