The hotel was located well for our needs. Parking was good with ample spaces. Overall hotel was a little older on the interior, could use some updating. The elevator was usable but scary. ****ed to a stop at every floor and sat for a few seconds before locking into place with another hard ****. Breakfast was your typical scrambled eggs, that could have been powdered initially, basic sausage breads waffles cereal etc etc, nothing special. Room itself was clean although dated. Air conditioner cooled and warmed well but was very noisy, hard to hear the television at times over it. Toilet seat was broken in the bathroom and barely attached to the base. Shower handle had to be manipulated to get it to the hot sitting. Overall I would give the hotel a 6 out of 10 for the overall experience.

I am disappointed and hurt, the front desk clerk seen that I was in a dark place. I checked in for two nights and I didn't realize checkout time was 11am that checkout morning. I checked out a hour later at 12 because on the door inside the rooms stated clearly checkout time is at 12. I ask why is it a 35 dollar charge she stated theres a 35 late fee after every hour. So i explain that i didnt know my checkout time was at 11am it states 12 am on the doors in the rooms, all she said oh our hotel is transition we haven't had the chance to take that down and charged me and extra 35 dollars for checking out late. Like a warning would of been nice because I am new here and they are clearly promoting false advertisements and think that's okay just because there transitioning. Like a person never know what someone is going through like that was clearly a mistake and the manager littered looked at me and walked away without even trying to help the situation. I was hurt I didn't even try to fix it I just said thank you for the stay and left. I just feel like situation can be handle better.

The towels looked washed but were stain with period blood or some kind of blood and just rewashed the lady at breakfast was awesome and there was no shampoo or body wash and good thing I carry my own

I don’t know who is leaving high reviews but they’re wrong. Place is dirty, old, loud, and not worth the price. Walked into my room and the refrigerator was in the middle of the kitchen unplugged. Elevator is slow, and everything is outdated. Overpriced.

Great experience for a 2nd time. This has become one of our go to hotels in San Antonio. Great staff very helpful amd friendly. All around good experience.

I did like its convenience and the room was comfy. The downside is the staff, property, and standards. First let’s start with the parking lot. One way in. The 2 other entrances were blocked. Trees around parking were not trimmed and scraped my vehicle. Staff lied directly to my face on 3 different occasions when discussing a noise complaint. The onsite security was nice but no more than a glorified hall monitor. I had neighbors who were fighting constantly 4 of the 5 nights I was there. The parking lot was a place of people sitting in their cars listening to loud music and the staff wouldn’t do anything about it. There were 4 vehicles parked in the back that never moved and looked like they had been there for a while. The elevator was antiquated, slow, and no way handicap accessible. The hallways at night smelled like a dispensary. Yet this hotel has a $250 deposit they take up front just in case you smoke in the room. The pet fee is $75 for 7 days. It is a fee; not a deposit. Breakfast is from 6:30-8:30 during the week and doesn’t start until 8:30 on weekends. Breakfast was hot. That’s about it for a review.

I’m pretty sure my vehicle was marked by someone watching me, I parked my vehicle in their parking lot and in the morning there was a white dot in the very top left corner of my windshield. So be aware for traffickers..
