Staff was nice and welcoming check in and check out was quick and easy will be staying again soon

Room was not particularly clean. It was in poor condition. Shower had rust or old blood on it. Curtains were stained. Bed was barely sufficient. Door didn’t want to open upon entry.

No hot water. Bed had stains and sheets smelled. Room was so much smaller than the pictures online. False advertising. Hair dryer didn't work.

Don’t ever get room 324. People tried to break in 4 times in room. It’s like they knew the door was easy to get in. Luckily I had the latch on or they would of got in. Someone kept calling me treatening me. Asking for an girl named Tiffany and they tried to say I didn’t even pay for the room and they work front test. It was an terrible night. They kept coming to the door knocking. I couldn’t even sleep

There were roaches everywhere, we booked for two nights but only stayed one after realizing the bugs were everywhere, we did not even bother asking for a discount or a refund for the 2nd day, due to conditions we just wanted to get out of there.

Wasn't a bad hotel, rooms were nice, no coffee in morning was disappointing. Grounds could use some help.

Initially the first date that I came to this motel I was beat up and robbed the management did not care they did not look up the cameras they put me all the way on the third floor they did not have a pulley or a dolly for for your suitcases they were very rude I was 30 minutes late but my rooms have always been reserved ahead of time and they treat me like I am less than I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because they move me to the first floor but it's it's even more worse because they're just watching you hounding you talking about you they speak Spanish and they're very very rude if you're like 30 minutes late they make you seem like you're a peasant and you're poor and why can't you pay on time and like you owe them they do not believe in customers are right they do not have friendly customer service the woman is like well you're always late what's the problem very in my business you know being in this area is stressful and it has made my a priorities inconvenience and I don't have a vehicle so the nearest bus stop is maybe a mile or half a mile away the plumbing is very bad it's hard to bathe a shower because it's clogged up I gave them the blanket they have never returned a blanket back I just been in this room with no blanket yeah I the only reason why I had to stay in this area was because of work and because I do not drive but if I did I would have been gone the day I got jumped I had to make a police report

Booked a queen we got a full. Shower was leaking, ac didn’t work well. The shower had burns all over it. Half the lights didn’t work. The wife was so disgusted we ended up staying somewhere else. We just went back in the morning for or stuff.

AC was not working properly no cold air. The hot water from shower was running could not close. TOO MANY ROACHES. Gross and disgusting. I woukd not go back.

The price was good but the room could have been better. Door to room was a bit sketchy as it looked like it had been broken into at some point. It had a not that safe to stay longer than the night.

Bedsheets were dirty and stained, there was kids at the pool by themselves bothering the other guests and I. Very unsafe in general

The stay was good and convenient for the Lackland Airforce graduation. The room are average, a bit old looking.

I hate to write bad reviews but this property was so unsafe and just dirty. I could never figure out how to open my door on my own because it was broken and went in every direction. The staff would have to come and wiggle it open for me. We stayed two nights and nobody ever came to clean, make beds or offer more towels. The morning we left there were people outside my door shaking on the door you could tell there was no good activity going on. Just defending not a safe place to take anyone much less children.

Our room was a full size bed not a queen size like we paid for. The AC barely blew any air and was full of nasty grime on fins. The entire room was unbearably hot and humid as if a window or door was open. You literally had to sit right in front of ac to get any chance of cool air. Asked staff to move us rooms due to the condition of it. He kept saying ok 1 minute. Then said go wait at your room. I'll be there in 5 minutes to move you. He never showed up and didn't move us
