We recently celebrated our 40th anniversary at Molino and were very well looked after by Luca and the team during our entire stay. We were so impressed that we have already booked to return for our next anniversary. A little piece of heaven right here on earth.

My husband and I stayed for two nights in April and it was wonderful. It is everything it claims to be, the pictures are very accurate. The setting is beautiful, the location to San Gimignano is perfect. It is extremely quiet and clean and breakfast was delicious. We came back mid afternoon for a break and the staff made us pizza too! I would not hesitate to stay here if you want to enjoy your stay as much as you enjoy beautiful San Gimignano.

My husband and I so enjoyed our 10-day stay with Luca, Heidi and their entire staff. From the time we checked in, everything was personalized and perfect. Luca personally explained the hotels amenities; provided a helpful map that captured suggestions on where to visit, and personally escorted us to our room. Each morning, there’s a variety of breakfast items beautifully displayed and guests can enjoy their meal on a fabulous porch overlooking the pool or in a gorgeous solarium ( glass enclosed room). There are an abundant amount of ‘snack’ options which really are light meal offerings available throughout the day and three times a week there is a 3 course meal guests can purchase and enjoy. We booked through AirBnB and frequently use this platform in Europe and America when traveling. Luca and Heidi are exceptional hosts and their property is outstanding. I would strongly recommend others to plan a stay at Molino di Foci. The property is close to many cities: Florence, Siena and endless number of towns and villages and yet is secluded and quaint.

A wonderful country experience in Tuscany. The setting is beautiful. A great place to relax and still enjoy San Gimigiano which is 10 minutes away. The breakfast was basic but host was warm and friendly. We were only disappointed by the rain.

The inn was located in a most beautiful area outside of San Gimignano. There is a lovely backyard pool and lawn area with a view of the Tuscany Hills. The owner/innkeeper is very accommodating and knowledgeable. A most lovely breakfast with anything and everything you could want served in a room of all glass added onto an old building/ home/beautifully renovated. The rooms are beautifully decorated with very large bathrooms, and extremely comfortable beds.

We stopped at this beautiful haven for a little rest after a week working abroad and couldn’t be happier. The photos we saw looked amazing, but in person it’s even more impressive. Luca immediately made us feel at home and taken care of, it was the perfect place to come recharge. It looks like the whole place has been recently renovated or updated (or maybe that’s just how it is) because everything was immaculate, the rooms were comfortable, clean and beautiful. In fact, that was the impression we got the whole time - they have style and good taste! From the beautiful landscape, the pool, to the amazing breakfast spread, it was just all so good and enjoyable. All the staff was really sweet, helpful, and accomodating, and we had such a nice week unwinding. Looking forward to the next time in Italy, such a perfect place, close to some of the most amazing vineyards, historic towns, and beautiful landscapes. Thanks Luca, for making our trip so lovely!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in September. It was truly the highlight of our 2 week Tuscany trip. The property is well taken care of and the staff are so accommodating and welcoming. The hotel is close to San Gimignano but is off the main road. It was easy to get out to explore the area and day trip to Siena and other surrounding hill towns. Luca and his staff were helpful in giving us winery and restaurant recommendations. However, the best dinner I had in our 2 weeks of traveling in Italy was at their restaurant! We had dinner there 2 nights during our stay and the food was incredible! So well prepared and presented from the appetizer to the dessert! The pool was wonderful and refreshing after a long day exploring. The room was clean and had a large shower and bathroom area. Overall, this was an excellent place for us to spend our time in Tuscany and we wouldn't hesitate to return. I highly recommend spending time at Molino di Foci with Luca and his competent staff!

The Hotel and grounds are beautiful. The entire staff are all very pleasant personable people who go above and beyond to keep there guest happy.
