Amazing place! The Rooms are beautiful with lovely views, spacious, clean and cosy. The staff is friendly and welcoming! The breakfast is delicious with a wide choice ! The parking place is a plus! Easy walk to La Zurriola and Parte Vieja and also bus station nearby

Marco is the most welcoming at this adorable boutique hotel. A little pricy but worth it. The beach is walking distance and the water is warm in the summer and the waves are moderate. Perfect for young kids. San Sebastián is beautiful

Great staff, very friendly. Very nice room with everything you need including a nice terrace. Walking (15 min) from old town. There’s is a train behind, but not bad.

A most delightful experience, wonderful staff, beautiful modern and clean hotel, with excellent rooms and sensitive architectural update to the original stone building. The service includes a great restaurant (excellent gin and tonics), reception staff, led by Marco and Nora, who take the time to answer all your questions and make you feel at home. The staff are so friendly and genuine which is a delightful change from most places. Rooms include air conditioning, spacious bathroom, Bluetooth from your phone to built-in speakers, comfortable bed. Free EV charging. Also located in a more quiet neighbourhood within minutes of the old town. We absolutely loved it.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay at this fabulous hotel, which is ideally located very near to the old town, (a 20 min walk) the centre and nearby Gros. Communication with the hotel prior to booking was excellent, and the staff were only too happy to assist with any queries. In fact, you could not wish for more amiable staff both on reception and in the bar and restaurant. A big shout to Aitana on reception who greeted us on arrival and was only too happy to help by providing us with information about the area and places to visit and suggestions for nearby restaurants. She was very helpful throughout our stay and a credit to the hotel ! Our room was very comfortable, and the hotel had a modern, fresh feel about it. Alll nicely presented. I was able to use the EV charger in the car park for a small fee, which was a bonus for us. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent, so well worth booking a table, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby too. We had a lovely stay at Hotel Bidaia and would certainly return again. Highly recommended!

Whilst we didn’t stay here, we ate at the restaurant as our nearby hotel lacked full dining facilities. We found the quality of our meals was outstanding, the pricing for both food and wine more than reasonable and the service couldn’t have been better. Highly recommended!

My friend and I stayed here for two nights in March during our holiday to San Sebastian/Donostia and Bilbao. What a great place! Conveniently located (about a 20 minute walk from the bus station-- a really beautiful walk along the bay!) in the newer Gros neighborhood, close enough to lively bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and the Old City but far enough way for a quiet, deep sleep. Lovely room as well. But by far our favorite part about this hotel was the hospitality-- the staff went above and beyond each day, giving us recommendations and directions, ordering us cabs, and generally contributing to a very pleasant stay. The rooms were cleaned incredibly well and always smelled wonderful when we returned. A special shoutout to Telmo, an absolute gem, who is both friendly and very knowledgable. Would stay enough night if we could! Highly recommend this place.
