フレンドリーで、プロフェッショナルで丁寧なスタッフがいるホテルを見つけるのはどれほど楽しいことですか?ほとんどの人は長いサービスを持っています、そして彼らはうまく運営されている施設を証言します。オーナーと経営者におめでとうございます。すべてのスタッフは丁寧で親切でした。丁寧でユーモアがあります。到着時にレセプションから非常に温かい歓迎。レストランスタッフは35年の旅行で経験した中で最高でした。シェフやスタッフに会ったことはありませんが、素晴らしいメニューをありがとう-食べ物は例外的で、私たちは毎晩楽しい喜びとして楽しみにしていました。丁寧なバスはホテルが提供する有用で歓迎されたサービスです。ソレントまで歩いて行けば、簡単な散歩なのでホテルのロケーションは良いです。プールや外の庭園、屋上テラスはよく整備され、屋上テラスは素晴らしい夕日が何に見えるか素敵な場所でした。2、3回目の滞在でたくさんの人に会い、間違いなく滞在に戻ってきます。エアコンは部屋で本当にうまく機能し、とても静かでした。

We stayed at the hotel end of July . Must admit after reading some of the reviews felt a bit apprehensive BUT we were not disappointed. This is a gem of a hotel beautiful reception area . Staff were all so friendly and helpful . Lovely quirky bar at reception are . We enjoyed the food . The omelets at breakfast time were so lovely . The lunches served outside with lots of variety to suit everyone . Dinner served in the dining room was also good . The BBQ nights were lovely with live music . It was busy and we had to wait for a table but that was no problem as we just had a drink and enjoyed the outside atmosphere . We were never pushed to sit at a table with another couple .The Saturday BBQ is fun with folk dancers and then a disco which was so much fun . Seeing the staff joining in was so good . We did eat out once at the restaurant top of the hill . This is definitely worth visiting with lovely Italian food and stunning views over the Almafi coast and the sunsets are stunning . We booked the restaurant via reception and we were picked up and taken back to our hotel . First class service from the restaurant . The hotel provided a shuttle bus into Sorrento and we used it multiple times . The timetable is at reception so you could plan your shuttle times . The shuttle always arrived on time and left Sorrento on time . We stayed in room 201 . We did book with no balcony . There is a small window but the room was dark most of the time but lovely and cool in the evening . i would definitely book a room with a balcony next time .Apart from that the room was lovely .It was so near the pool area and skyline bar .A lovely quiet room . Maid service was first class our room was cleaned every day with clean towels provided every day The pool area is lovely and the pool is so relaxing . All guests at the hotel were friendly and always wanted to chat .The sun beds do get filled up quickly so you need to be down early to get a bed . Jet 2 were first class . The reps were very helpful and we did a couple of trips which were great fun . During busy times the pool bar can get busy and you had to queue for a drink . The drinks were lovely with lots of variety . We enjoyed this hotel so much we have booked again for next year . It’s a beautiful hotel.
