Fab hotel with great service. The breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from👌 We booked a transfer from the airport through the hotel and this worked perfectly although we had a 4 hour delay. If you arrive after 11pm the resturant and bar is closed at the hotel and there is nothing near by to grab food or drink from. The free transfer to Fira worked really well for us. Drinks at the hotel are expensive and they only issue you 1 small bottle of water on arrival complimentary. I personal thought being a 5 star that tea, coffee, milk and water should have been provided but there is a lidl down the road to get supply's. Visiting the sister hotel opposite Volcano view is a must as the view from there are fabulous. We had a couple of very nice but expensive cocktails in there, but we'll worth it for the view at sunset. Both hotels lacked a vibe at night, although we went out of season so I am sure this isn't always the case. This was perfecf for us as we was wanting a relaxing break. Only criticism is that although we booked a triple room we only had 2 seats to sit outside. I had to ask twice for a second chair as it was taken away.

Wow what an absolutely gem. Where do I start? There’s so many positive things to say I don’t know where to start. My husband booked this hotel at the last minute a couple days before departure. The hotel organised our pick up from the airport which was a stunning brand new Mercedes luxury mini bus which had enough glitz and and glam to satisfy the Kardashian’s! Once arriving at the hotel, the reception staff made us feel very welcomed with lots of information about the hotel and local area. To our surprise the hotel run a free service to and from Fira which is an added bonus as we knew we were a 30 minute walk away. Then we were taken to our room by a lovely man who carried out super heavy luggage down the steps to our room. Wow, the view was amazing. The room was spacious clean and fresh with a lovely bed bigger than two doubles pushed together. The bathroom had a rainfall shower with a handset built into an alcove which maybe tricky if your over 5’7! But don’t let that put you off, the views from every angle of the hotel more than make up for it. Breakfast was included which was simple but to a high standard nothing pre packed all fresh. The waiters were fantastic full of energy and knowledgeable. We booked our first evening meal at the hotel and the quality was amazing everything was done to a high standard. The only disappointment was we simply didn’t book longer. If your thinking of booking please do you won’t be disappointed. We have just come back from this wonderful hotel, firstly we were greeted from the lovely reception staff that couldn’t do enough for us they offered us a glass of wine on arrival . This hotel was amazing especially the little touches cold flannels round the pool to all the staff constantly making sure we were ok and if we need anything !rooms were beautiful with lovely views surrounding the hotel .we had a room with a hot tub (lush) also very clean at all times cleaned every day and fresh towels every day .To the amazing staff in in hotel but for us we loved two of the bar staff called kostas and Demetrius both were amazing and went far and beyond for us and our friends these two are a real Credit to the hotel .The hotel is situated in a perfect location a bit of a hill to walk up to the main fara but definitely in most flattest location ,we will definitely be coming back to visit this hotel we had a amazing holiday thank u for everything Astro palace x from Kerry and Graham the card trick champs !x

Wow, what an absolute dream our elopement at Mystique in Oia was! Dimitra, our amazing wedding planner, made it all happen seamlessly. We're based in California, but Dimitra made the distance a non-issue with her super quick responses and top-notch communication skills. Her expertise was invaluable as she guided us through flower, decor, cake options, and more, ensuring our vision was flawlessly brought to life. It all turned out exactly as we'd hoped! Dimitra's calming attitude made our special day stress-free, allowing us to truly savor every moment. Her attention to detail and thoughtful suggestions ensured that everything exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. And let's talk about Mystique! The Agean Balcony where we said ”I do” was straight out of a postcard—so picturesque and a venue that epitomizes the romance of Santorini. The hotel staff treated us like royalty, from our stay to our wedding night dinner. Their genuine warmth made the whole experience even more incredible. Huge thanks to Dimitra and the entire Mystique team for giving us a wedding day beyond our wildest dreams!!
