「Right from the beginning, me and my wife had a very special welcoming experience from the front desk Receptionist Ms. Priyanka and Mr. Ravi . Room was clean and hygienic , both room service and house keeping staff were very cooperative. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Transportation to and from the hotel arranged by the hotel was punctual and very helpful. Will stay at this hotel during all our future visits to Rishikesh and also recommend to all my friends . 「Visited this hotel in April 2025, kind of new property only 1 year old, so it was neat and clean. Pros - Neat and clean, one of the big property in Rishikesh, many rooms. CONS - 5 kms outside from city center, Breakfast service is terrible, also food taste is also not good at all, Hot milk kept at buffet was spoil and they changed post we pointed out. pricing is high as property doesn’t look like 4 star. 」
