「Excellent hotel resort and parks! It's all inclusive. Everyone is very nice, the hotel has many restaurants with different kinds of food, international, local and fusion cuisines. Many activities all day and night. It's one of the best hotels in the world with many awards. Recreational themes parks all included! Best vacation ever. Looking forward to coming back.」

「The hotel is beautifully situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The staff is friendly and polite, making you feel welcome. There are several restaurants and a good variety of drinks and food. Unfortunately, the area isn’t safe—my bag was stolen, and we also witnessed a very serious car accident with fatalities. The hotel itself is great, but due to the safety concerns, I wouldn’t return to Cancun/Playa del Carmen.」

「Instalaciones buenas, bien la comida y servicio en restaurantes y limpieza.  2 puntos negativos. 1) Te acosan a la entrada y salida para venderte un tiempo compartido disfrazado con otro nombre, haciendo mencion ellos que es programa vacacional 2) El área de la playa en época de bodas no te permite disfrutar, ya que los fotógrafos se apropian del lugar sin siquiera pedir permiso, situación que se reportó y pues no hace nada el hotel.」

「The hotel, the best but to pricy, so gritty expecting 6000 pesos for a less than 50 dollars game. Also not making up to the agreement, between Trip and Nickelodeon together. Last time I use both」

「Standout was the unique rooms which are extremely private, spacious and beautifully designed along the lagoon. Personally I didn’t quite understand the ‘Butler’ concept and found some of the comms style a bit frustrating. The other standout was the ‘Day of the dead’ celebrations. The property was decorated beautifully and very well organised. The opportunity to also participate was great as we felt emerged in the festivities. It would have been nice if the dinner package also included the face painting. More broadly the property is set within mayakoba so you can explore the grounds including the other hotels and it was fun to explore on the bikes. The only other thing to be aware off is also this is the more premium / exclusive hotel in mayakoba it’s still geared towards families or at least there where quite a few kids around. Finally don’t have high expectations of the beach it’s tiny and there isn’t much space. If you want high end luxury visit Maroma.」

「房間很大，衞生條件也好，很乾凈，地理位置太偏僻，外出如果沒有車出行很不方便，衹能酒店派車，沒有Uber可以打，交通不方便，吃東西衹能在酒店吃，很不方便，最恐怖的是這家酒店衹要在餐廳消費必須必須必須必須給消費，通常是15%的小費，問題是食物一般般，但是小費收取很積極 不推薦酒店，交通出行不方便，小費酒店，讓服務員給拿一瓶水服務員都會主動給你所要小費，餐廳Kitchen 的晚餐很鹹，味道一般般，晚餐不建議在Kitchen 吃，又貴又不好吃，入住體驗很不好，不推薦👎👎👎 入住這類型酒店就是被宰的羔羊」
