Whispering Pines 422 was BEAUTIFUL! We rented through Forever Rentals and we were super impressed! We had such a clean condo. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook if we wanted. The indoor pool was super close and provided entertainment on rainy days!!

This was our first time staying in a condo in Pigeon Forge, but my family agrees that it won't be the last! Whispering Pines #552 is a beautifully appointed and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a lovely mountain view terrace. We enjoyed our breakfast outdoors each morning. Our teen enjoyed the lazy river very much. We had a busy trip planned, so we didn't get to enjoy the amenities as much as we should have, but the property offers lots to enjoy: indoor and outdoor pool, lazy river, hot tubs, and fitness center. Condo #552 had a well-stocked kitchen with just about any kitchen gadget you might need. The furniture was in great shape AND comfortable. For those wondering about sleep comfort: the king-size beds were a bit on the firm side, much to my husband's relief! (He doesn't like the new trend of memory foam mattresses) Bring your own pillow if you're picky - but the condo did have a good selection of pillows of different firmness. The location is convenient to the Pigeon Forge parkway, but it is set back enough that noise isn't an issue. Close to Dolly's Stampede, The Old Mill, and Patriot Park (free parking and paid shuttle to Dollywood or other local attractions). Overall, we had a great time and will definitely look for this specific unit again when we are back in the Smokies!

The property is gorgeous and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at the size and amenities. I plan to stay there again and I highly recommend it.

NEVER EVER RENT FROM HERE!!! I rented a condo for June 2024. I ask before booking it if we could cancel because my mother in law is 93 and if she can’t come then we would have to cancel. I was told yes I could cancel for a refund of my deposit if I purchased the insurance, so of course I paid extra and got the insurance. Well my mother in law fell and broke 2 ribs that is not healing like they should, so I called to cancel and was told that I would have to file a claim through the insurance company. “BIG JOKE”. I have been trying to do this since late November or early December and have yet got this claim taken care of. I have filled out dozens of papers (all through email) because they won’t do it any other way. I even got doctors reports, emergency room report and all the other tons of papers emailed to them. Only to hear from them that I give the wrong claim number. I screenshot the email where they give me the claim number and told them that it was the number they had given me……well now they sent back even more forms to fill out which I did today January 5th and sent it in. Now I’m sure they will come back with another reason for keeping my $228.00. I am to the point where I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau!

The place was better than advertised. Incredibly roomy and the furniture so comfortable! The location is also ideal. Close to everything and for those going to Dollywood only an 8 min drive.

A smoke alarm battery indicator was going off in our room. The management refused to replace the battery or stop the incessant chirping! We could not reach it without a ladder. They were completely unmoved. We couldn’t sleep with that going on. They refused to find us another room. Instead they kept saying that it was out of their control! What?!! We had to find another place to stay in the middle of the night. Completely irresponsible and uncaring. Do not stay here!

Our first stay but definitely not our last!! Everything about this place is great especially the fact everything was very clean and well maintained!! This place is not like staying in a hotel it’s like being home!! Everything from booking to checking out was very easy and well organized!!

Fees are outrageous. Only way a they make sense is to stay for 2 weeks. A one night stay has a fee charge greater than the condo rate. Would highly recommend not staying here unless you are staying for 2-4 weeks.

Bedroom didn’t have overhead light nor did the bedroom have a ceiling fan and it got really hot. Bathroom did not have a separate shower from the jacuzzi tub and it was very nasty. Also it was extremely noisy you could hear any movement from the condo above us
