Shangri-La Moye Xingyu Designer Oxygen Manor

Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel had stunning views of the Yila grasslands/Napa Lake. There is a hillside pathway just a short walk from the hotel which leads you to an even better view of the surrounding areas. The hotel had horses, deers, and a Samoyed which you're free to interact with. Staff were very attentive and helpful from beginning to end. The dining area is in the adjacent building. The first floor is the restaurant and second floor is the cafe. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Ingredients tasted fresh and portions were good. Coffee was made upon request with an espresso machine. The dining area had lots of windows to look out and enjoy the view. The room was modern and clean. Heated flooring, shower stall, and toilet seat were appreciated. Room had a large projection screen for media. The 270 degree panoramic view room was perfect, what a sight to wake up to! Note weather conditions are variable in Shangri-la and can change by the hour. Can be windy and raining for a couple hours and then transitions to bright sunny skies. May have to stay for a few nights to avoid disappointment. Finally the hotel offers free transfers to and from the airport/train station in a very comfortable van. Hotel staff called the day prior to make transportation arrangements; your experience may vary if you have an international number vs. mainland number so may have to proactively reach out. Overall this is a quiet and peaceful hotel with great amenities about 30 mins outside of the Shangri-la city area. I would come back again.

Accidentally left my wedding band in the hotel and the staff mailed it back to me all the way in Singapore 🥹 extremely grateful for their kind service 🥹🥹🥹

設施：房子裝修挺新的，地暖、氧氣、加濕器、智能馬桶、戴森吹風機一應俱全👍 衞生：淡季過去的，入住的時候沒有看能到其他客人，整齊乾淨整潔 環境：視野開闊，草場和遠處的山很舒適，原來城市的喧囂，第二天早上吃早飯的時候🫎出來了，蠻可愛的呢 服務：服務很熱情❤️入住會幫提行李、開地暖、送上新鮮水果🍊走的時候還送了伴手禮👍 tips：需要自備吃食或者吃好晚飯再過去，民宿沒有晚餐，廚師回老家了，我回民宿的時候很餓，後來想辦法買了自熱火鍋。建議店家可以在房間裏準備一個正常高度的桌椅，蹲着吃自熱鍋有點累😏
