Located near the entrance of Dukezong Ancient City, just a short walk away and away from the hustle and bustle. Room was spacious and modern. The projector was huge and great to use. We had fun using Xiaodu too.

This is the best hotel in shangri la, the boss is so nice and he gave us an upgrade. If I come to shangri la next time I will come to this hotel for sure 🥰🥰! I’m sooo satisfied

The room was spacious and modern. The heated flooring and room was great in winter! Comfortable bed and good water pressure (hot water).
Hotel was located within walkable distance to dukezong old town. Didi is able to drop us off right at the doorstep so no lugging of our luggages through the flooring required.
Highly recommend to all and they have a cute and friendly cat!

Overall it was nice, but could be cleaner. The daily room cleaning was cursory and the shower leaks water into the toilet room. The location is good and the staff are friendly. We liked the projector and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel is really nice, this is the nicest hotel our whole china trip. Hotel looks new and host is friendly, they helped us carry our luggage up to the room. We came mid December and it was so cold but the moment you enter the hotel it is very warm. The room is warm enough as well and the water pressure is good and warm water easily available for shower.

there’s a construction going on and the hotel is a tad bit further from old town. however, if you are travelling with families, the location is great as cars are allowed to enter and there is a massage place nearby. hotel owners are nice and friendly too!
