The hotel boasts an array of top-notch facilities, impeccable service, and a stunning entrance garden adorned with a diverse selection of plants and flowers. The spacious and spotless room, complete with a fully functional kitchen and laundry amenities, truly made our stay feel like a home away from home. Loved the clubhouse mostly the reading and family area , looking very homely . The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, especially when providing directions and YOYO and ICEY was very helpful However, there is significant room for improvement in the breakfast section. The food was disappointingly served lukewarm rather than hot, despite our expectations of a wide variety of Chinese dishes which is should be served hot mostly the dimsum and noodles section . Additionally, the breakfast staff seemed more inclined to avoid guests rather than assist them, as they struggled with basic English communication. Despite this, overall, the hotel is exceptional and could truly stand out with enhancements in the breakfast department.

ハードウェア設備も便利な立地も良好です。旅行はとても便利です。これは言うまでもありません。しかし、チェックインして2泊分の料金を支払った後、2,000のデポジットを求められました。ホテルのデポジットは一般的に一泊分で十分ですが、フロントの対応はあまり熱心ではなく、お金を要求しているように感じられ、また、「部屋に傷があればすぐに取りに行きます」という話し方も不快でした。デポジットから差し引くことができます。追加のルームカードを要求したところ、フロントデスクも具体的に「私たちの部屋にはプラグインカードがあります」と言いました。ホテルに宿泊するのはこれが初めてではありません🙅🏻‍♀️💁‍♀️ また、デポジットはホテルを出た後すぐには返金されませんが、通常、デポジットはホテルをチェックアウトした後すぐに返金されます。ゲストのキャッシュフローを奪っているような気がします。お金の多寡は関係ありませんが、この時点での経験は非常に不快です。
