For the price with the location.. cannot ask for more. Except toilet small n slippery. Nicely fitted for 4 to 5 pax

Great location, the view from the apartment was amazing. Close to lots of food and a supermarket. Metro station was a short walk away. Very good value for money.

AC was not working, not good service. It was very hot in the room. For everything we had to ask at the reception. No body soap , no hand soap.

all well, only problem that the windows are dirty and this is the main reason why I booked this hotel. it was fine during the night but you could see it during the day

Superb, it is big and cozy at the same time, we got a room on the 48th floor, view is amazing also!

Our room was not so good. Staff was not helpful, our doors were broken

Still quite far to Dong Men pedestrian street. Need to walk approx 30min Booked the apartment for 5 people but everytime the house keeper only provide 3 towels. There is no cup for you to make coffee or tea but upon request from the front counter - they gave you the disposable paper cup Toilet paper is not enough Good thing - they allowed us to do early check in upon additional RMB 30 which is fair enough They also allowed us to extend until 2pm for check out. Generally value for such price with the location.

The staff very nice and return deposit very fast too definitely will come back again  But need to more clean many dust

Great location. Restaurant is every where and besides super market. Elevator is high speed.

The location is pretty good. Plenty of restaurant around. There's a Hema supermarket just round the corner. A couple of foot and body massage places too. An MRT station of just less than 10mins walking distance and Shenzhen train station is about 20mins walk away.. The unit is a bit small but ok with 5 people staying. Bedlinen and towels are clean. Housekeeping is on daily basis upon request but only for the living room and toilet. Only one toilet ( a wet toilet) which is a minus point. There's only an electric kettle in the kitchenette. No cups/plates/fruit knives ect. Need to request for paper cups daily for our morning coffee. Front desk is 24/7. While the ladies are more friendly and responsive, the one guy who man the night shift is less so. He is more interested with his phone. We stayed at 48 floor and it was really inconvience to have to switch lift at 36 flr. Worse still during peak hours. Overall, for the price it was an OK stay. Will i be interested to return, probably no.

Located in a mixed residential/hotel/business building. My room located on the 49th floor; view was supberb with 2 small "balcanies" , but glass windows were dirty which was a big nuisance. Other features was nothing to write room about. The worst to mention was the bathroom; it had a very high threshold (5 inches?) at the door. Which i tripped over 3 times before I learnt to avoid it. The shower had no curtain, no matter how careful, you will splash water out on floor. Water heater is the tankless type, smaller and unstable. For the price I paid, im sure I can get something better.

7 in a room but just 1 toilet….it quite budget but if just need a sleep place…it still fine. Many restaurants nearby
