夜中に到着したこともあるけど、服務は良くはなかった。

部屋は古く、シャワー室から排水溝から臭いが漂っています。照明がとても暗いです。フロントデスクのスタッフは言うほどフレンドリーではありませんでした。このホテルの 1 泊あたりの価格を考えると、他にも多くのホテルの選択肢があります。このホテルを利用するのは初めてで、私の経験はあまり良くありませんでした。平均的にはまったく5つ星の基準ではありませんでした。

すべてが素晴らしかったです！場所は便利で、フロントデスクのスタッフはとても親切で、滞在中に私たちを助けるために非常に流暢な英語を話しました。チェックインとチェックアウトはとても簡単で、部屋はきれいでした！バスタブとレインシャワーが気に入りました！ここに滞在することを絶対にお勧めします！

The mattress was incredibly comfortable. Despite being centrally located in the business district, the hotel was remarkably quiet, which meant we could rest well after a long day out in the city. The amenities were nothing short of impressive. The front desk staff were friendly and could handle enquiries in English. A special shout-out to Xiu Liu. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a haven of comfort and hospitality during their stay in Shenzhen. Room is great, comfy to sleep, easy access to food and Taxi and metro train.

Super convenient and safe location, walkable distance to many shopping malls (卓悅in town, 皇庭廣場， CocoPark and PAFC mall). The room I got was fantastic, with a huge bathroom with large windows with an excellent view. The room was spacious with a walk-in closet, a king-size bed with a footboard bench, a sofa, a coffee table, and a desk, making it very practical and easy for us to put all our clothes and shopping items👍🏻

Very convenient location. Hotel's age shows in some areas. But the service is very good. The reception person 小钟 is very professional and offers great service.

Had a Wonderfull stay would highly recommend to any travellers in Shenzhen or coming through the area. Thank you to Evelyn Cai at reception for exceptional service and making checking a breeze. Mr Gary made my stay wonderful and was very helpful with anything I needed as a solo traveler its always amazing to come across incredible staff to help in new locations and the staff here at V hotel was exceptional.

The service from the front desk is very good. Evelyn Cao, was was very helpful and extremely polite, I can honestly see that she carries the hotel brand name very proudly. The concierge was really good and the bell boy service from Cheng Liu was amazing.  If you have any issues, speak to Mr. Gary, his service honestly really elevated the hotel standards with great customer service.

This hotel locates right at the Centre of Futian. All rooms enjoy good view as they are situated on 26/F or above. Given the face that it’s my girlfriend’s birthday, we were able to enjoy a complimentary upgrade. The breakfast buffet is delicious too, although the food option is not as abundant as other five-star hotels.

Service really bad and the room is so dirty and old , not recommend what a bad experience
