Nicely maintained. Staff is really humble & cooperative. It was a nice welcome by front desk team Ms Reetu. She really cooperated & humble.Food is also good. Overall it was a nice experience. Suggestion is they should add some activities for Kids .

Excellent stay , with good staff. Mr Chatterjee and Mra Ritu was really helpful and understanding. I visited there with my family. Excellent food , staff and property. The staff in the restaurant was also very cooperative, even being late they served food and even breakfast. Overall the experience was really good.

Amazing hotel near to mall. If you are looking for a lovely stay and foodie experience that combines exquisite food, elegant ambiance, and top-notch service, then this is the place to be . This is the ultimate place for those who love to eat healthy . Check in was smooth staff at reception was helpful. Must visit ☺️

We stayed at the Royal Retreat for 3 nights, at the beginning of March. It’s a very modern hotel and our room was very spacious with 2 big windows on the 1st floor looking out at the trees. We had 2 sofas and the amenities were very good. Very hot water and a good shower. We ate in the restaurant every evening and thought the food was excellent. Sometimes we were the only ones dining, so rather felt they were missing out. The only downside was that Shimla was very cold and the hotel common rooms and dining room do not appear to be heated, though we had A/C heating in our room, so we were fine. The hotel ***ager Mr Rohit Jassal was charming and always ready to assist if needed. All the staff were very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel, though maybe not in early March.

We stayed here from 22nd Jan. 2024 to 26th Jan. 2024 on occassion of 11th Anniversary of our Son and Daughter in law. Right from initial booking till we checked out, entire experience was very friendly, polite and transperant. Especially Dinning Hall staff entertained our kids very well. We wanted to arrange for surprise celebration of our Son and Daughter in law in very short notice. Technical person *Mr Rajesh* exdended his best support even after his duty hours. He made occassion life time memorable for our son and daughter in law. We firmly recommend this property at Shimla for plesent stay. Especially we are very much thankful to *Ms. Minu, Mr. Nihal, Mr. Amit and Mr. Rajesh* for their prompt and friendly response.

We all stay on 24 th dec 23. Royal Deluxe room are very narrow. Services are poor all over. Rooms are not that clean including bathroom. No service provided in dining area. Very less menu available at dinner. Even they don't serve water. Limited quantity of food if u asked about some food then they told that now this item is finished u can have only now available. Even don't bother to give service. Overall a poor experience. Tips: rooms are very small ...and no good facilities available..... although food is good in taste.

Hotel staff was very polite & sincere. Breakfast, lunch&dinner was so tasty &healthy ***** with digestive. Excellent room services & cleaning, House keeping& service, staff was very prompt. My self &my family is really impressed with Hotel services. We thanks to Mam Simran &Mam Meemu specialy because first time I talked both of them. Hotel is good , with every facility , parking , good location , and most important the cooperation of staff.. staff is so cooperative , very well.. yet food is costly but options are less as you have to walk to get good food.. otherwise food is good at hotel if u can afford

Our stay was fantastic. Behaviour of staff was 10/10, especially Mr. Dev was very welcoming and humble. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Hotel had proper facilities. Buffet breakfast was all one needs in daily meal. Concluding it was just dreamy stay.
