It was a great location. Staff was moody, and food quality was mediocre. I would book elsewhere next time.

Bar/Lobby area is outstanding. Lobby Singer was great. Bike's and paddleboards were outstanding

Positive: Liked that the property- they had a pool, bar, restaurant, parking and activities (yoga, bikes, tennis). It is also walkable to Sagg Harbor, which is an added bonus, as well as central to beaches and other towns in the Hamptons. To be worked on: We wished we had been told about the car service, and boat service, (which takes you to their other property in Shelter Island) prior to the day we were leaving, it would have added to our trip. The staff at the pool was great, but the restaurant was a bit slow. Also the girls at the front front desk could have been a bit more welcoming (they had scowls on their faces and were a bit cold). Finally, we wish they had a bit more nightlife at the bar, especially after dinner. Final Note: I would recommend this property and we will be back!

Pros: The hotel is in a great location and conveniently walking distance from the town. Nice pool area. Cons: There was a tick in the room on night 1 and another in the bathroom on the second day. Then, we found a tick on my wife’s back (she is 33 weeks pregnant and this was overly concerning). We brought it to the attention of management and they couldn’t care less and said we must have gotten the tick outside somewhere. Even though we have multiple ticks in our room. They clearly don’t spend the money to get an exterminator to create a safe environment for their guests. The hotel is also way overpriced for the shape the rooms are in. Old air conditioning units. Dark rooms and dirty carpets. We checked out a day early because of the ticks and management wouldn’t even comp a breakfast. Would NOT stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay, staff was excellent, only suggestion would be to show the views from the room types, I would have chosen a pool view over the parking lot view

We had a wonderful time! Baron's Cove was everything we had hoped it would be. From the location to the nautical, rustic theme, the rooms, the food. It was on point. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful staff and very clean. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever. Lovely lounge area and restaurant. Great proximity to town, 5 min walk! Beautiful sunsets. Could use a desk in the room and the walls seemed a little thin - could hear some loud neighbors next door. Definitely will be back!

The staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel was quaint, pristine and charming. We loved everything about it and only wish we could have experienced it in season.
