「Hotel Maple Grand is a nice hotel located in the heart of Agra. It offers excellent metro connectivity and is close to a lovely rooftop restaurant. Everything you need is within walking distance. The hotel itself is clean and spacious, and the washrooms are also well-maintained and tidy. The reception staff is polite and courteous, though the manager was initially a bit rude. As per MMT's promise, complimentary guaranteed early check-in (up to 2 hours before standard check-in) and late check-out (up to 2 hours after standard check-out) were supposed to be available. However, the manager initially denied this but later agreed to accommodate the request. One downside is that the rooms are not soundproof, so noise from both inside and outside the hotel can be heard clearly. Overall, our family stay was pleasant and good value for the price.」
