「ホテルが提供する空港送迎サービスは、私たちのように遅れて到着した際に非常に便利です。 料金は25ユーロ（250ディルハム）で、遅延サービス料5ユーロが加算されます。 清潔な部屋と快適な寝具 バスルームは非常に狭く、シャワーにはトレイがなく、水は床に直接流れ落ち、排水に時間がかかります。急いでいて、次々とシャワーを浴びたい場合には不便です。 シャワーヘッドホルダーが壊れていて、手で持たなければなりませんでした。 衛生用品は持ち帰る必要があり、シャンプーは提供されていませんでした（2～3日間の機内持ち込み手荷物での旅行には不便です）。 朝食サービスは基本的なもので、市販の製品（ブラックオリーブとキリチーズ）がいくつか提供されていたのは残念でした。 ホテルで調理されたクレープとブリオッシュはとても美味しかったです。 旧メディナにあるレストランのすぐ隣という絶好のロケーションです。 食事に関しては、ホテル内にレストランがたくさんありますが、観光地にあるため比較的高価です。 新市街での食事はぜひお試しください。タクシーは片道2ユーロ（往復4ユーロ）です。 注：ホテルはクレジットカード対応を謳っていますが、手数料が高すぎて170ディルハム（17ユーロ）をカードで支払うことができませんでした。高額のカードも受け付けています（滞在最終日に支払いをする場合や、予算が限られている場合は、この点にご注意ください）。 無料Wi-Fiと素敵なテラスがありますが、朝食がそこで食べられないのは残念です。 全体的に快適な滞在で、価格に見合った価値がありました。」

「奥まったところにあるが、Googleマップに従えば辿り着けます。チェックインの際には地図を見せながらフェズの周り方を丁寧に教えてくれました。また、急遽宿泊日程を変更してもらうなど柔軟に対応してくれて助かりました。最終日には朝7時の電車に乗ると伝えたら朝食を持って行けるように詰めてくれました。3泊したが、大変満足した滞在になりました。ありがとうございました。」

「My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager. We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.」
