Simply the loveliest hotel in a fabulous location . Extensive grounds , a little oasis of calm . We spent two nights here & loved it . The view from our first floor room was like a painting ! Breakfast was buffet style ( plus pancakes / waffles on request ) evening meals were very good we had pizza one night in the little pizza restaurant in the grounds . We frequented the lovely tea/ coffee shop , would recommend their ‘Happy Tea ‘ Resident Alpacas wander around the ground & local folk sell their products . Staff are very accommodating & would have no hesitation in recommending
This was a great hotel for our vacation! First off, the staff was very accommodating and very nice to us. We had a problem with our hot water the first night and the staff jumped on the issue and put us in another room and insured we had hot water. It was a little cold that night and they hooked us up with an extra space heater that kept our room toasty the whole stay. The food in the restaurant was really fresh and the steak was made perfectly. We were all very impressed with the food!! The free breakfast was also delicious and they even made my eggs to order! The most impressive “above and beyond” moment, though, was when we were leaving. While packing our rental car we noticed a tire was flat. Luckily the car came with a spare but the flat tire was stuck on the car. We were going to have to wait hours to get help. The hotel staff brought over a hotel maintenance worker who was able to free the tire and put our spare on for us. It truly saved losing a whole day of vacation and I was so grateful. This above and beyond service is what you hope for in a vacation and they delivered. Thank you so much for the hospitality!
The Aranwa Sacred Valley H&W is a terrific spot with great facilities and service. The Unno Spa is top notch (the reference point being some very exlusive Spas we have stayed at in the Southwest and Europe). We had the best couples massage ever from Judelina and Nairuth. Definetely recommended!
Friendly and helpful staff, good location, cute rooftop bar, hot showers, decent breakfast, good price. Just bring ear plugs if you’re staying over the weekend! Peruvians like to party late it seems :) walking distance to the main square, market, many good restaurants. Any issue I had was quickly addressed by staff (ex: I didn’t like the music at breakfast and they changed it for me :)
Absolutely perfect location if you are taking many trips to Macchu Picchu. We visited the site twice, on two different days, and climbed both Macchu Picchu and Wayna Picchu. Staying at this hotel saved well over an hour of transport time each day. There is entertainment at night in the restaurant and cocktail making classes around 6 at night. Staff is amazing and honour every request. The hummingbirds on the terrace and outside the restaurant are a joy to watch.
Ruben is the best to assist you in the hotel to go around and for any information. The hotel is clean and neat with good food. Ruben is the best to assist you in the hotel to go around and for any information. The hotel is clean and neat with good food
I was here for only a night so I can't really give a proper feedback. It really depends from the people you will find in the dorm, they were quiet annoying leaving lights on and the door open. But the hostel itself ha a nice young vibe, the staff is nice especially at breakfast. There is a common area you can use for working too, a breakfast area and they organize every day different activities. Nice terrace at the top with a nice view. My room was small but ok, with a small separate toilet and shower in it but unfortunately dirty and with wet floor. The window view was on the internal patio/reception so quiet noise too. There are lockers for your small bag and your personal stuff, don't forget the lock. Bed was nice and comfy, with light and socket. Perfect location, at the top of the main street, ofc quiet expensive in general but normal to be in Aguas Calientes. Breakfast was good and served at 4 or 4.30am so perfect for those that needs to hike or get the bus to Machu Picchu. Simple with scrambled eggs, juice, coffee and tea.
