私たちは本当に滞在を楽しんだ。スタッフは電車のプラットフォームで私たちに会い、長い旅の後に非常に便利で思慮深いホテルまで連れて行ってくれました。ホテルは清潔で居心地が良く快適で、ゲストの世話を本当に感じることができます。 マチュピチュを訪れた後、チェックアウト後でも電車の前に十分な時間がありました。スタッフは親切にロビーで待ったり、電話を充電したり、Wi-Fiを使用することを許可してくれました。これは非常に役に立ちました。 このホテルを強くお勧めします!

The hotel is literally at the train station! Very convenient for taking train to Machu Picchu. However this is an eco lodge - 100 years old & it feels like that. There are no amenities to speak of, the onsite restaurant is very limited especially for vegetarian options.  The rooms are  bare with floors & bed that creaks!! (Did I say it’s a century old?) The bathroom is very basic and more like a 2* hotel. Level of furnishings is again basic.  I paid $425 for 1 night & felt badly conned. Definitely not worth that amount.  Service- receptionist & all staff are very warm n friendly so that was really nice.  Cleanliness- very clean hotel.

ホテルサービス別ロイム、便宜施設普通、食事はしなくて分からない、列車事故で列車遅れて翌日早朝に到着し、一行中一人はその前日ちょっと早く早期チェックした。料金請求が過剰でした。列車事故のようなものは乗客の立場で不可抗力的なことであり、アーリーチェックと追加料金を請求することは常識ではない不当だと考えられる。全体的に部屋も寒かった。廊下に人通り過ぎる音が聞こえて防音が全く舌になっていない…全体的に親切ではなく、おすすめができない。

サービスはとても良く、場所も良いです。ホテルはオフシーズンなので、アトラクションからのフォローアップに最適です。ホテルは私たちにスーパースーパースーパーキングベッドをアップグレードしました。翌朝、ビュッフェに加えて、私たちは時間に応じて特別に朝食を用意しました。オムレツを食べるのを手伝うことができます。フロントデスクも、マチュピチュのチケットをどこで購入するか、どのように購入するかを辛抱強く説明しました。

ホテルをお選びいただきありがとうございます。このホテルは間違いなくあなたを驚かせるでしょう！場所は優秀で、駅のバス停から徒歩3〜5分です。周辺にはレストランや食堂がたくさんあり、ホテルの部屋に入ると、温かい香りがピリッとしていて、とても衛生的で、便利で、快適です。サービスは最高でした。ペルー人は親切でシンプルで親切です。私はそのような悪いレビューをする人たちに興味があります。実際、外出するときは、親切でオープンマインドな人々に注意を払う必要があります。間違いなくこのホテルをお勧めします！

Great value, great room view and restaurant view. Free breakfast. Room was clean, but no air-conditioned, I guess all hotels here have none. Unfortunately the room I got is right in front above where their exhaust fan releases smoke so if I leave the room opened, the room will smell food. A lot of restaurants nearby, hotel is facing the railway, so you can get a railway view or mountain / lake view.

We had a nice short stay in NaturaLodge and will remembering this place by its enormous and comfortable bed! It compensated the music that was on 24/7 at some neighbor-hotel. Sometimes it was hard to find somebody who could help us at the desk, or there was only a kid behind the desk. But overall our stay was good and a nice location, close to the busses leaving to Machu Picchu.

Manuel is a super friendly host! We had such lovely days at Machu Picchu, we stayed there for 3 nights. The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is ok, but the most important thing is that they will help you all the way your tour to the Machu Picchu. They recommended a lovely tour guide and good things to do in the city

Great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the manager was extremely kind and helpful. Great place to stay if visiting Machu Picchu.
