「The room was comfortable, and housekeeping does a great job. If your stay is for business or corporate purposes, this is a good place as it is surrounded by lots of IT and its service related businesses. As for the food and service, there is room for improvement. There is inconsistency in the local or regional cuisine.
Do take note that they do serve pork (1 or 2 dishes) in their restaurant.」

RRachel Gayathri KunnasekaranService is excellent. Staff go out of their way to help and check in on your wellbeing. I will never stay at another hotel in Chennai except Taj! I would to especially thank staff, Venkat, Amit, the COO who accompanied us to immigration to ensure we were safe and the staff in Anise for wonderful hospitality during breakfast. Thank you so much. My only stay in Chennai is your hotel. I must also credit room service staff. They looked into our very need to even arrange footwear on rack, place new bedroom slippers at bedside everyday. My friends and I had an awesome experience!

MMalik_Explorerホテルは実際、時代遅れになりつつあり、内装は色褪せ、硬い素材は剥がれ落ち、退屈な雰囲気です。窓に糞をする鳥や不快な景観をなくす対策を講じるべきです。外観は明らかに建物全体にひび割れが見られます。フロントのファイアズはチェックイン時に、お客様を迎える際にどう笑顔で対応すればいいのか分かりません。ラグジュアリーコレクションホテルだとおっしゃっていますが、改善の余地があります。さもないと競合他社に取って代わられてしまいます。

I had a wonderful stay at Vivanta Chennai IT Expressway. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience truly pleasant. The room was super clean, well maintained, and equipped with good amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a nice variety of options. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations — highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

YYokesh Ganisenロビーの雰囲気は十分なスペースで快適でした。到着とチェックイン時に素晴らしいおもてなしをしてくれました。ロビーのバーだけでなく、屋上バーも楽しんだ。食べ物は、ほとんどがインド料理で快適でした。ペストリーや他の西洋料理もよく準備されています。次回の訪問でここに滞在すると思います。

ゲゲストThe staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The hotel is quite old, but overall it’s not bad. The location is strategic, though it can be noisy. I’m a light sleeper, and the loud horn noise outside made it difficult for me to sleep well.
My main concern was cleanliness. The cup in the room was not clean, and the bed linen did not seem to be changed or had many old stains, which was disappointing.
Breakfast options were limited, and the dining space was quite small. However, the food itself was standard and acceptable. The breakfast staff were very proactive—they checked what we wanted and served quickly, which was very good and appreciated.
Overall, the stay was acceptable. Its worth for the price, I think it’s reasonable.

Bbash johnHotel looks old and too far to some locations. Didn't like the room given on the first day. Front office staff Mr Akash was very helpful to change our rooms the next day. And the conceige ( I forgot his name) was very helpful too.

ゲゲストMy stay at the Radisson Blu at Egmore for 3 days was absolutely a gem. From the moment we arrived on 12 June 2025, we had warm welcome from the concierge and attentive service from the reception staff.
The room given was on the first floor, which was impeccably clean, spacious, with a stunning view of the city.The bathroom was freshly cleaned and well stocked with tissue paper and toiletries .
The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.The Manager , Chef, and Waiter presents a professional and polished image that contributes to the overall dining experience. Manager Selvakumar was always seen talking to guests getting feedbacks and reassuring to our needs. Exclusively the restaurant has a big wooden cart with a young boy serving boiling coffee and tea.
Overall the hotel's attention to commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. This hotel is in the city and convenient location to all local amenities I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience.”

MMs hema部屋は清潔でモダンで居心地が良かった。ベッドは快適で、ACは完璧に機能しました。バスルームは手入れが行き届いていて、シャワーの水圧は良かったです。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。チェックインとチェックアウトはスムーズで迅速でした。ハウスキーピングは迅速かつ効率的でした OMR の清潔で快適で便利なホテル。出張、一人旅、イビスオムレでの手間のない滞在をお探しの方はぜひお勧めします。
