IQホテル・フィレンツェでの滞在は最高でした！ロケーションは最高で、一日中街を散策した後は、ハイドロプランジプールで至福のひとときを味わえました。ミニバーに無料のお菓子が用意されていたのも本当に良かったです🙌。お部屋もとても清潔で快適でした。またぜひ泊まりたいです！

The hotel team promptly responded and efficiently coordinated the delivery of my belongings to my next hotel. 部屋は比較的新しく、キッチン（IHコンロと電子レンジ付き）と冷蔵庫が備わっています。Coopスーパーマーケットまで徒歩わずか5分、近くにはリーズナブルな価格のレストランもあります。 ホテルのプールとサウナはぜひご利用ください。お湯は温泉のように温かく、長い一日の疲れを癒すのに最適です。予約制で、利用時間に制限がありますので、水着をお持ちください。 最上階5階のパブリックエリアからは、サンタ・マリア・デル・フィオーレ大聖堂の屋上の素晴らしい景色を一望できます。写真撮影にも最適です！ ホテルはサンタ・マリア・デル・フィオーレ大聖堂から徒歩20分以内です。

This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance. We will definitely come back!

The Hotel is amazing, the location is just next to Florence cathedral. So close to good restaurants and shopping and tourist attractions. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, willing to go for extra mile to fulfill customer's needs. The rooms of the hotel is definitely one of the best with many layouts to choose from. Highly recommend the penthouse suite with a terrace, room 401c has a breathtaking dual duomo view and city view. The room is spacious and worth the money for sure.

週末に2日間過ごすのにとても素敵なホテルで、部屋も居心地が良かったです。中央駅に近く、サンタ・マリア・モンテ広場にも近く、教会にも近くて、とても静かなエリアに位置しています！初めてサンタ・マリア・ノヴェッラ教会を訪れましたが、とても静かな教会で、仕事や人生の悩みを抱えている時にリラックスして頭をクリアにすることができます！

Ancien moulin rénové avec goût et classe. Personnel de l’accueil très professionnel et sympathique, les chambres, toutes les parties intérieurs et l’espace extérieurs très propres. La terrasse donne sur l’Arno  et diner en admirant les beaux couchers de soleil sur l’eau est magique . Quelques bémols toutefois : - le TGV qui passe pas très loin et le passage de nombreuses voitures qui peuvent être dérangeants pendant les repas sur la terrasse - l’ancienne très belle piscine en sortie directe de l’hôtel s’est transformée en beau bassin d’agrément. Une nouvelle piscine, trop petite pour le nombre de clients, a été creusée tout au bout du terrain et n’a pas du tout le charme approprié par rapport à la majestueuse bâtisse  - les portions pendant les repas sont vraiment très maigres par rapport au prix .  - le seul endroit où les clients peuvent se retrouver le soir à l’extérieur est la terrasse du bar qui se trouve dans la cour intérieure autour de laquelle se trouvent également des chambres accessibles par l’extérieur. Le bruit des bavardages, des rires etc est vraiment plus que gênant pour dormir.  Il faudrait prévoir un autre endroit plus isolé le beau terrain

交通の便が良く、ホテルのすぐ下にLRTの駅があります。LRT側のお部屋だと少し騒がしいかもしれないので、反対側のお部屋をリクエストするのがおすすめです。シャワーはヘッドが低く固定されているため、手で持って使う必要があり、少し不便でした。朝食は種類が豊富で良かったです。冷蔵庫の飲み物は有料なのでご注意ください。

ホテルの環境は大丈夫です、市内中心部から少し離れたところにかなり多くの人が滞在します。サービス態度は悪くありません、ヨーロッパのホテルには基本的にスリッパと歯ブラシがありません、あなたはあなた自身のものを持参しなければなりません。

I booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not? Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments! I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!
