A Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special. The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat. We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant. One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical. Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition. We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us. If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night. This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area. 駅から近い。部屋は広めで綺麗。シャワーの水圧も問題なし。スタッフの方々もみんな親切でした。 唯一マイナスポイントを挙げるとしたら、ティッシュが置いていないのと、お水は有料（€1.5）というところだけです！でもそれらは気にならないくらい良かったです！

まるで美術館に泊まっているような気分になれる、とても素敵なホテルです！日本人の利用客も多かったように思います。 イタリアはアメニティの少ないホテルが多かったですが、こちらは充実しており、スリッパもあったのは嬉しかったです。 お部屋まで案内してくれたポーターの方が私たちがハネムーンで来ていることを会話の中から読み取り、素敵な贈り物をしてくれました。とても感動しました。 駅から近く立地も良いので、とてもおすすめできるホテルです！

フィレンツェ中央駅から徒歩5分という最高の立地でした。部屋は広くてベッドも広く、プライベートバルコニーも付いていて居心地が良かったです。卓球室とテーブルサッカー場、そしてジムも無料で利用できました。清潔な部屋とシャワー、たくさんの椅子、大きなテーブル、無料の水とスナック、国際チャンネル対応の大型テレビ、そしてフィレンツェの有名ブランド、サンタ・マリア・ノヴェッラのアロマディフューザーも完備されていました。

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

施設：不満な点ばかりです。 1. 標準部屋14平米は絶対誇張だと思います。なぜなら、後で宿泊したミラノの主要ホテルの15平米の部屋は、こちらよりもはるかに広々としていたからです。比較すると一目瞭然です。 2. ベッドサイドの設備は、まさかのただの木板でした。棚ですらなく、ただの木板です。携帯電話を2台置いて充電するにも狭すぎます。 3. 電気ケトルの内側は大きなプラスチック製で、しかも壊れていました。幸い、私たちはいつも予備を持参しているので助かりました。 4. 部屋には洗剤の残り香があり、夜に暖房をオンにするとパイプの匂いもしました。 5. 洗面台の蛇口がしっかり閉まらず、水漏れが続いていました。 環境：鉄道駅の最寄りの出入口から徒歩100m、道路の向かい側を曲がるとすぐの場所にあり、立地は本当に便利です。特にフィレンツェに滞在し、トスカーナ地方の他の都市へ日帰り旅行で列車を利用する予定がある人にとっては、この点は非常に重要です。 サービス：フロントスタッフは最初からアップグレードされた部屋タイプ（22平米のデラックスルーム）をしきりに勧めてきました。丁重に何度も断った後、午後3時以降でないとチェックインできないと言われましたが、アップグレードすればすぐにチェックインできるとのことでした。そして、すぐに宿泊税の支払いを求められました（これは構いませんが、今回の旅行でローマ、ヴェネツィア、ミラノのホテルではチェックアウトの日に支払ったので、少し奇妙に感じました）。しかし、朝食はとてもとても良かったです！ローマのホテルで温かい食事が全く提供されない朝食に数日間苦しめられた後だったので、温かいスクランブルエッグ、ベーコン、炒め野菜を食べられたのは本当に幸せでした。しかも毎日朝食のメニューが変わるので、5日間食べても飽きず、とても美味しく感じました。 総合評価：立地＋朝食＋コストパフォーマンスを考えると5つ星を付けられます。部屋のタイプ、清潔さ、設備の不足をある程度相殺できると思います。

コンセプトがとても可愛いホテルです。 英語でチェックインしてくださるので、イタリア語が分からなくても大丈夫でした。 ホテルは、最寄りのメトロから歩いて8分くらいです。それまでの道のりに、陽気に話しかけてくるイタリア料理店がありますが、ぼったくりのお店なので、よくGoogleマップを見た方がいいです。美味しくて安いコーヒー屋もあったので、朝食付きではないプランの人にはとてもおすすめです。 天井がとても高い部屋なので、開放感があり、今回は利用しませんでしたが、外にはバルコニーもついていました。 洗面所は広いですが、シャワーを利用すると少し床が濡れてしまいます。また、その濡れた時のタイルの匂いが気になりました。 ただ、清掃の方も含めスタッフの方はとてもいい人で、気持ちよくホテルライフを過ごせました。 最後には気さくに話しかけていただいて、とてもいい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

駅から7分、ウフッツイ美術館まで10分と、とても立地のいい場所にありますが、ホテルの看板があるわけではないので、見つけにくかった！10mそばに立っているのに、行ったり来たりしても分からず、近所のホテルマンに聞いたら「すぐそこだよ」て指差された先に小さなドア。インターホン押して、開けてもらって、3階に上がりようやくチェックイン。部屋は可愛い、朝食も朝早い出発だと言ったら「朝食店に作って前日引き渡しを依頼できる」と臨機応変な対応。シャワーもある、冷蔵庫もある、ベットボトル水も用意してある。部屋を出て一つ上に上がると共用の古都の屋根の風景がみえるテラスがある。チェックインがスムーズにいけばとてもいい宿。

静かで安全な場所にあり、ドゥオーモなどの観光スポットへのアクセスも便利でした。部屋はこぢんまりとしていて上品な雰囲気で、朝食もとても美味しかったです。フロントでは無料のドリンクが豊富に用意されており、サービスも素晴らしかったです。
