QQamarjamilFrom the moment I arrived at the Mandarin Oriental, Muscat, I knew I was in for something special. The level of service was absolutely exceptional — warm, attentive, and always professional. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and memorable.
The hotel itself is spotless, with immaculate attention to detail in every corner. My room was beautifully designed, blending elegance with comfort, and the views were nothing short of breathtaking — overlooking the serene mountains and the city’s picturesque skyline.
Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a rich variety of delicious options that catered to every palate. From fresh local delicacies to international favorites, everything was prepared to perfection.
The facilities at the hotel were everything one could ask for in a luxury stay: a world-class spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, stunning pools, and several dining options that offered an exquisite culinary journey.
Overall, it was a flawless experience that exceeded all expectations. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to my next visit. I would absolutely love to return and stay for a few more nights — one visit simply isn’t enough.

素晴らしい
ゲゲスト1) Первое, что прежде всего хочется отметить - это расположение отеля. Оно действительно выигрышное. Вид из отеля шикарный , закат - потрясающий. Территория самого отеля очень маленькая , но можно выйти за пределы территории, там очень зеленый и уютный район.
2) Пляж. Пляж располагается в маленькой бухточке. Очень комфортный и малолюдный. Море здесь всегда не глубокое , часто отливы и чтобы окунуться хотя бы по пояс надо топать и топать. Для отдыха с детьми пляж идеальный, для любителей поплавать - нет. Но полежать на лежаках здесь круто в любом случае.
3) Обслуживание. Обслуживание в целом хромает . Персонал в основном не слишком улыбчивый.
4) Номера. Номера простенькие и подуставшие. Тумбочки из 90-х. Не понимаю почему нельзя обновить! Мы сначала взяли стандартный номер, но потом поменяли на номер с видом на море и с балконом. Это сто процентов того стоит. Настоятельно рекомендую переплатить , ибо вид на море шикарный , а балкон большой и по вечерам очень здорово там сидеть! Вид в город значительно испортит ваши ощущения от отеля! Если брать без балкона, то определенно с видом на море!
5) Рестораны. Рестораны отличные, с шикарным видом. Но очень дорогие. Мы были сначала в ресторане у пляжа на ланч - было очень дорого и не очень вкусно. Всю еду принесли холодной , и это в жару ! Потом были в Итальянском , очень вкусно ! И в местном , он рядом, взяли сет на двоих . Получилось выгодно, а еды было столько и что на 2 взрослых и одного ребенка оказалось прям перебор:)
ОТДЕЛЬНОЕ ЗАМЕЧАНИЕ ПО РЕСТОРАНУ. Насколько мне стало известно позже , участникам программы IHG (регистрация бесплатная) предоставляется скидка в ресторанах (25 процентов). Я при регистрации в отель отдельно указал , что я являюсь участником , на что мне ответили , что коль бронирование через партнера , программа лояльности никак не задействуется . В итоге мой номер программы лояльности не записали , в ресторанах никто не спрашивал и в итоге никакой скидки я не получил! Это оставило очень неприятные эмоции.

ゲゲストThis was a great hotel APART from the very strong air freshener used inside the rooms, which was so strong I could taste it in my mouth! The kind hotel actually used the ozone machine to suck the air out of a room for me but it hardly made any difference. I stayed over a week and it took about 4 days for the smell to wear off. I would suggest not using such an overpowering smell in the rooms as surely it must be uncomfortable for many guests.
But the food was great, staff were great, rooftop and pool -- I would certainly recommend if you don't mind very intense air freshener!

AAJ VergaraA great stay over all. The room is pleasant, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient as well. I got sad when it's time to leave since I wanted to stay longer.

ゲゲストショッピングモールへのアクセスに便利な素晴らしいロケーション。部屋は清潔で明るい。早めのチェックインも可能で、よかった。でも、いいことはそれだけです。滞在中にいくつか問題がありましたが、残念でした。
1. 駐車スペースが足りません。いつも満車で、誰でも駐車できます。
2. ベッドがきしむし、寝心地は良くなく、多くの場所で不均一に感じました。
3. サービスもそれほど良くありませんでした。アイロンボックスがありません。体重計が機能していません。ドライヤーが機能していません。
交換してもらうのに3回電話しましたが、1回目はうまくいきませんでした。
4. ジムは閉所恐怖症のような感じで、明確な標識もなくアクセスしにくいです。
5つ星ではありません。3つ星かもしれません

FFarah Binti RamliI had such a lovely stay at Sheraton Oman. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. One of my favorite things in the room was the coffee machine. I used it every day for my coffee break and absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was amazing, with so many options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. It was the perfect start to each day. The pool really stood out too - spacious, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. It was such a relaxing spot to unwind.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

PPHILLIP JAMESThis hotel is strategically located close to the Avenues Mall. Attached to this mall (and closest entrance to the hotel) is Lulu Hypermarket -an amazing supermarket with local and international brands, and a fantastic bakery. This mall is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. However, you do have walk along the road as the sidewalk / footpath does not exist. But this is only for 300 metres. In fact you can get off the street, but it is gravel/ construction site, so you shoes will be messy. Uber and Grab do not exist in Oman. However, the hotel has two or three taxi drivers that will you take you anywhere. They use set rates, rather than a meter. For example Hotel to Airport run is 8 is Omani Rial (US $20). While this hotel is great for shopping, it is not the best for major attractions of Muscat. The main historical sites of Alam Palace, Ai Mirania Fort and National Museum is 21 kms from the hotel. About 10 Omani Rial is each way by taxi. However, there are very few hotels in this area, so most people stay in hotels near Malls in Oman. This is some form of Public Transport in Muscat, but it can be hard for tourists to use without changing to another bus or long walks. For example, the Royal Opera House is 10 kms from hotel. By using public transport this would require a 2.5 kms walk. The hotel rooms are quite spacious and feature comfortable lounge style chairs. The hotel is located near an expressway /motorway, but good soundproofing means this is not an issue. I was of level 3 and could just see the ocean in the distance (right) and the mall (to left). They do have ocean view room (more expensive higher up the building). The TV is very disappointing - small & old with fuzzy channels. Fortunately, the internet is great, so viewing most programs on the computer. The rooftop has great swimming pool and bar, but maybe a little too cold to swim with highs of about 22-23 C in winter. Staff at receptionist are very obliging. I can definitely recommend this hotel for shopping and good base to experience Muscat. However, as mentioned, it is long way from the major tourists attraction of the city and taxi is required.

NNetalkarWe had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome.
During our stay, we visited Qureshi restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. A special thanks to Ashwani, who gave us excellent recommendations that made the experience even better.
We also dined at Omny restaurant, where the chefs did a fantastic job preparing seafood exactly as per our request. The staff, especially Sonia and Amir, were warm, attentive, and looked after us throughout the meal. We also appreciated the hospitality from the manager, Shiva, which made the experience even more memorable.
The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very engaged or friendly, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time.
Aside from breakfast, everything else about our stay—from the reception to the restaurants—was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time at the Radisson Collection and look forward to returning in the future.
