Beautiful accommodations, great amenities (excellent spa; exceptional selection at breakfast; fittness center and 2 well equipped play rooms for kids) The only mankament was a weak internet connection (caused, as we were told, by a temporary issue). And an exceptionally friendly service everywhere makes you feel so welcome!🥰

1ベッドルームの客室には、リビングルームとキッチンがあり、とても暖かい感じがします。朝食は美味しくて絶妙でした。フロントデスクのキャラクターはとても良く、すべて比較的穏やかなタイプです。場所もとても良く、周囲は美しい景色でいっぱいで、疲れたら部屋に戻って休んで、とても幸せな旅をします。

私はこのホテルで素晴らしい滞在をしました。到着した瞬間から、スタッフは温かいおもてなしとプロフェッショナルなサービスで私を歓迎してくれました。部屋は広としていて、きれいで、とても快適で、リラックスした滞在に必要なすべてを提供してくれました。朝食は新鮮でおいしい食べ物の多種多様を提供し、ホテルの場所は街を簡単に探索できました。全体的に、それは素晴らしい経験でした、そして私は間違いなく次の訪問でこのホテルを再び選びます。

A cute little sray which is very well managed. it has an indoor pool, spa and even masaages can be booked. Great location with a view towards Tatras ...cannot complain..its like a fairy tale stay sooo relaxing

Receptionists are super helpful and nice!! I was welcomed by Elisabeth for the first day and followed her super good travel ideas and routes to hike! The hotel are very cute and clean. Behind the hotel is a hiking route ❤️☀️ I will come back definitely!!

The hotel is very luxurious, breakfast is very good. and the spa in the hotel is wonderful. We enjoyed the stay in Zakopane.

盲訂的公寓loft，孩子們很滿意，房間大設施全，一家四口都住的很開心，廚具洗碗機都很全，還有孩子玩的隱藏小屋，早晨推開窗看見雪山心情好極了，去景點也很方便，停車免費

Nice hotel, good service and convenient parking. Breakfast was also pretty good

Generally a good stay and nice hotel, but when checking out and in a rush to catch a train, the staff did not know and could not even confirm I had prepaid our stay. I had to show them my booking which wasted signifucant time. I would have thought they would know such a basic thing.
