服務很好，雖然在新區不過打車出行也不算太遠差不多20分鐘左右能到安卡拉城堡以及國父陵。床和枕頭非常舒服，連續三晚都睡的特別好，服務真的很熱情，幫拿行李主動詢問你是否需要幫助什麼的，也會送一點小點心。硬件設施非常非常完備，價格比國內的還便宜一些些，算是非常性價比了。如果再來安卡拉豪不猶豫選JW。

The hotel was conveniently located near Armada AVM. It had basic amenities and is an average hotel. There was no smart tv in the room we booked and most of the leisure services were paid, despite not clearly being listed on this app. Room was comfortable but AC wasn't operating so it was quite hot. There are events right outside the hotel which consists of loud music throughout the night. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful and had plenty of great options. Overall, an average experience that was comfortable enough for us and had good breakfast which made it worthwhile.

グリーンパーク アンカラ ホテルに滞在中、客室のアメニティとサービスに大変満足しました。部屋の広さ、立地、そして眺めは素晴らしかったです。4日間の滞在中、定期的に清掃も行き届いていました。特にハウスキーピングスタッフは非常に丁寧で、私の要望にも迅速に対応してくれました。以前宿泊した時よりもホテル内がずっと整頓されていたように感じました。石鹸やシャンプーなどのアメニティに加え、客室にシェービングキットと歯ブラシが用意されていたのも非常にありがたかったです。 以前の宿泊では、他の宿泊客の騒音や外の騒音に悩まされることがよくありましたが、今回は全く気にならず、不快な思いもしませんでした。また、ホテルスタッフの対応も以前より良くなったと感じました。 以前の宿泊では、特に朝食に満足しました。今回はランチとデザートも試す機会がありました。ホテルの食事はどれも美味しく、種類も豊富でした。スタッフの皆様に感謝申し上げます。

The hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning. I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness. When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive. I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

frühstück ist in Ordnung, zwar nicht abwechslungsreich allerdings schmeckt es gut. Hatte leider ein Zimmer im -1 Etage. Dieses roch leider nach Zigaretten Rauch, obwohl es eine rauchfreies Zimmer sein sollte. Klimaanlage hat auch nicht gut funktioniert beziehungsweise hat keine frische Luft reingebracht. Lage ist sehr optimal, um schnell ins Zentrum zu gelangen.

Starting with Ms. Ebru from the reservations team and Mr. Mustafa from the concierge, all hotel staff are highly attentive and professional. The breakfast service is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious Turkish cuisine. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable. We stayed at Shelter Inn for one night. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The receptionist was very friendly despite our late check-in, and the breakfast was good with a nice view. Unfortunately, the room was outdated and in poor condition. It was extremely noisy at night, there was water dripping from the bathroom ceiling, the toilet wasn’t clean when we arrived, and we found hair in the bedsheets. Overall, while the staff and location were good, the cleanliness and condition of the room were disappointing. We wouldn’t stay here again.

If you choose Holiday Inn , you’ll most likely get a good service! The location of this hotel is really good: it’s a walking distance from a metro station and the old city from where you can climb to Ankara Castle - a must visit landmark. The check in was smooth and the staff were most welcoming and supportive . If you want to treat yourself to a local meal, there’s a superb kebab place right across from the hotel . The prices are great and the place is super popular among local people which means it’s amazing!
