Merhaba, öncelikle her iki ayda bir Ankara’ya iş seyahatim için geldiğimden bana en yakın konum olarak eski adıyla Anadolu otel, şimdi ki adıyla Grand Mercure olan otelde kalıyorum. 16 Mart 2022 tarihide otele giriş yaptığımda Grand Mercure olduğunu farkettim. İlk başta çok şaşırdım bilmiyordum çünkü ama içeri girdiğimde iyi ki değişmiş dedim. Çalışanlar çok sıcak kanlı, güleryüzle ve çok nazikler. Benim için önemli olan bir kaç şey vardır, bunlar şu şekildedir karşılama ve hizmet. Otelin her yerinde özelikle kahvaltı salonunda çalışan insanlar çok sıcak kanlı çok yardımsever ve nazikler. Çevre kontrolleri o kadar iyi ki tamamen müşteriye odaklılar. İhtiyacı karşılamak için hazır bekliyorlar. Burada bir çalışanınıza dikkat çekmek istiyorum. Kahvaltı salonunda çalışan Beyza Hanım gerçekten çok güleryüzle ve müşteri odaklı böyle bir çalışanınız olduğu için çok şanslısınız. Bir sonraki Ankara iş seyahatinde Grand Mercure de kalacağım hatta her iş seyahatimde Grand Mercure de kalmaya devam edeceğim. İnsan odaklı çalışan ve tamamen hizmet adı altında çıktığınız bu yolda sizlere hayırlı olmasını diliyorum. Başarılarınızın devamını diliyorum. Hizmet için teşekkür ediyorum.
It is not possible to write a review without giving a star but that would be best. Avoid at any cost and if you have to, don't use a card to pay. Count your fingers when you leave. I got charged twice 36 USD for 4 drinks in the lobby bar and the hotel has been stonewalling returning the money they stole. Despite calling several times and emailing them, no response. Fancy building, but poorly trained staff and bad management.
The rooms were very clean and quiet. The restaurant provides good service with many options. I have tasted delicious tiramisu. The staff is very welcoming. Berkay is a wonderful person and a very good employee. So are the others. We felt like at home with our beloved ones.
Before going into the negatives, a quick note that the staff were delightful, and the breakfast in the ballroom was tasty and plentiful. When we arrived, our room was musty and dank. My wife sat down in an upholstered chair, and discovered that it was soaking wet. And then discovered the source of some of the musty smell - the chairs were all wet and smelled like they had been that way for a while. We tried airing the room out, but to no avail, and the staff shared that there wasn't another room available. The walls weren't the best-constructed, and we could hear the conversations of the gentleman and two women in the room next to us a bit more clearly than I would have wished. We also heard doors opening and closing up and down the hall, and conversations people were having on cell phones in other rooms. The courtyard outside was under some minor construction, which is more an issue of bad timing for us than anything major against the hotel. But as many reviews speak about the views, this was an unfortunate addition to the list of disappointments.
It is an Ibis. Red and functional as expected for the base level of Accor Hotels. Clean room and ensuite shower room. Basic seating. Comfortable beds. Efficient heating and air-conditioning. Breakfast and evening meal available in the open plan cafe / reception area with prices a bit high. Staff helpful and friendly. Bookable on line with prices varying between web sites. Located on the main road to Esenboga Airport which is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride away. By taxi the route is initially in the wrong direction before a U-turn.
ゲゲストLocated on the hillslope in the south of Kizlay, for walking it is not easy to reach. The room is very clean but there's no lid of the dust bin in the bathroom, so if we throw used paper from toilet it will be stinking. Shower gels and shampoo had very strong mint smell and not comfortable before sleep. Breakfast is average and there's no juice and only cold and hot water with tea bags are available, had only very small portion of meat and no sausage, no omlet but only boiled egg. The most negative part was that the Internet was so slow and even some foreign websites were not accessible at all. Overall it is not bad but there's much to improve and not competitive with other hotels in Ankara.
SSadeedThey are very best at their services. But one thing to metion, the AC was not working. Other than they are superb and best in this prove. New hotel, new rooms.
ゲゲストOlağanüstü. Her şeyiyle çok profesyonel. Sürekli seyahat eden ve yurt dışında oturan biri olarak endişeli geldiğim otelden memnun ayrıldım. Odalar çok geniş ve oturma ve çalışma bölümleri var. Yeri çok iyi. Elemanlar mükemmel. Kahvaltı biraz daha iyi olabilir. Uzun kalanlar için yeknesak.
